Pope Benedict has tacitly accepted that his resignation was canonically invalid

By Br. Alexis Bugnolo

On January 30, 2019, Pope Benedict received at the Vatican, through the hands of Archbishop Georg Gänswein, the canonical brief I sent him demonstrating conclusively that the act contained in the declaration, Non Solum Propter, of Feb. 11, 2013 was not in conformity with the term of Canon 332 §2, which requires the renunciation of munus for a valid Papal resignation, and that therefore he remains the sole valid Roman Pontiff.

In my letter to the Archbishop, I indicated how the Holy Father could contact me in response to the brief. One Hundred and Sixty Days have passed without any objection to the arguments presented.

According to the norms of the Vatican itself, if no objection is made to a canonical assertion after 90 days, tacit consent is indicated.

Here is the text which I sent: in PDF*

* The PDF contains the same canonical arguments, only slight differences in its introduction. Also, in April of this year, I sent to the Holy Father, by regular mail, the same brief, but containing the Ad Obj. 16-19, which I added after January of 2019.

  1. It is so clear that Pope Benedict XVI (being the true Holy Father that he is) has been anointed with a marvelous gift of wisdom and understanding as well as extraordinary patience, purity, humility and understanding to bear the great tribulation of our time -unlike any other pope in the history of the Church. He knows EXACTLY WHAT HE IS DOING. Long live Pope Benedict XVI!!!!!!!

    1. And the Vatican itself (from the ip logs of who has read this article) has read this article, so if they disagree with the assertions they can publicly deny it. If they do not deny it, they admit its true.

  2. Thank you, Br. Bugnolo, for your diligence and devotion to your vocation, to the Bridegroom and His Bride, the papacy, and Pope Benedict XVI. Your example of patient charity is a blessing to me. I hope that you are recovering from your altercation with the customs officials.

In what way can I bring the matter of Pope Benedict’s tacit acceptance to a wider audience?

    1. Write the Cardinals with this news and urge them to stop with the pretenses of gentility and either restore Benedict to the Throne or get him to duly resign in proper form, then call a canonical conclave, while declaring their error in 2013.

    2. If any journalist wants to interview me, let them leave their contact info in a comment box (I will not publish it), and I will contact you.

  3. Bergoglio could never become a Catholic Pope because he has an impediment since he was already an apostate and a public heretic in Argentina. https://www.gloria.tv/reply/KzqopZSWk4Jj1kbhJEWUipz8F
The Magisterium of our Church decrees that the elevation of a heretic to the papacy is invalid and null. One only needs to investigate a bit of Bergoglio’s past to discover that truth that is so hidden by the gay mafia that put him illegitimately as pope to attack the laws of God and the moral doctrine of our Catholic Church.
