  1. While this is very encouraging, it in reality should have been a unanimous 9-0 decision. The US Constitution is clear in the 1st Amendment that an individual’s right to assemble, for whatever purpose, but undeniably to worship God, is protected from burdensome Government infringement. I anticipate a series of 5-4 decisions are imminent relating to Article 2 and Amendments 5 and 14 Due Process cases to rectify the fraudulent 2020 Presidential Election. It makes me proud to be Roman Catholic knowing that Amy Coney Barrett’s vote will be the one that tipped the balance in favor of Law and Constitutional integrity. God bless and protect her, and her family.
