  1. Dear Br. Alexis Bugnolo,

It is with some trepidation that I write these words and begin by offering a minor point for your consideration.
If the media of communications and the entire process of elections is firmly in the grasp of the prince of this world, then what makes you think that the Catholic Party or any solely human agency holds the key to solving the problems of a country stricken with the errors of Russia?
It bears thinking on that Almighty God already gave us The Solution.
His Solution has nothing to do with a political party (be it Catholic or not) nor any other humanly conceived stratagem against “the principalities, powers, world rulers of this present darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness.” (Eph 6:12)
God’s Solution involves The Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by the Pope together with the Bishops of the world.
Father Nicholas Gruner, a saintly priest we both admired, believed there is no other solution. Shouldn’t our efforts be directed toward the promotion of God’s Solution rather than anything fallen & redeemed men could ever conceive?

In May 1936, Sister Lucy asked Jesus why He would not convert Russia except through that Consecration. Jesus replied:
“Because I want My whole Church to recognize that Consecration as a triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, so that later on My Church will extend the devotion to the Immaculate Heart and place this devotion beside devotion to My Sacred Heart.”

The only way to convert Russia is for the Pope and the bishops, in union, at one specific time to Consecrate specifically Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Only then, will the world have Peace.

The alternative of not obeying the command of the Queen of Heaven is annihilation of nations and enslavement. “Without the Consecration, Russia will not be able to convert, nor will the world have peace.”

May God bless you and Our Lady protect you always.

Sincerely and respectfully yours in the Passion of the Church,

    1. Yours is an objection I receive commonly and universally from all over the world. And I think it is founded on a fundamental misunderstanding of what Our Lady came to Fatima to do. Yes, She said that Her Immaculate Heart was the only means of salvation, and Yes she asked for the consecration of Russia. BUT She also asked us to make reparation, to live lives of prayer and penance.

Thus we must repent and convert.

But not only us, all humanity too.

Part of repentance is spiritual from the heart, and part is physical in the world of action and bodies.

Yes, we should work and pray to get Russia consecrated, but that does not mean we should stop fighting freemasonry, the world, the flesh or the devil in all other fiends of combat. Rather, with Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart, devoted to Her and imitating Her, we should FIGHT ALL THE MORE STRENUOUSLY AND AUTHENTICALLY AS CATHOLICS on all fronts.

As a soul consecrated to the Immaculated Heart I know that nothing less is a worthy and grateful response to Her message at Fatima.

To sit around any only pray, is exactly what the devil wants us to do. That is the error of quietism which was condemned by the Church in the 17th century. Yes, contemplative monks and nuns should and always do this, but not everyone has such a vocation.

If Fatima does not mean that we should stop caring for our families and raising our children catholic, then surely it also does not mean that we should allow the political order go to rot and not bring Christ’s Banner into the public square, rally Catholics and reconquer what Christendom has lost culturally and politically and socially.

      1. I agree.

Prayer is the most powerful weapon (specially when done before the Blessed Sacrament), but it can also be a lazy cop out (“I just prayed, I’ve done my “duty”, now I can move on with life”).

In no way do I mean any disrespect towards Our Lady of Fatima, nor any disregard for Her remarks and petitions, but one thing that frustrates me about many who push the Fatima message (and it is right for them to push it and pursue it) is the belief that if the Consecration is done then all will magically convert and peace will descend like a heavy white blanket from Heaven and we’ll reach Christian Utopia. This belief strikes me as extremely naive, for I don’t believe we can abrogate the Book of Revelation.

I’m no expert in this. I firmly believe that Russia must be consecrated.

I also firmly believe we shouldn’t expect instantly gratifying, conflict-free results.

        Just a thought.

  2. Well, I’m not in the USA so I’d not be joining the Catholic Party, but from an external observer point of view:

“If the media of communications and the entire process of elections is firmly in the grasp of the prince of this world, then what makes you think that the Catholic Party or any solely human agency holds the key to solving the problems of a country stricken with the errors of Russia”

Precisely. It never ceases to baffle me and frustrate me to no end the persistence of people in clinging to a luciferian system: democracy. A system that God has always abhorred; yet one we insist on continuously asking, demanding even, His blessing upon.

I think the failure of all our from-the-bottom-up, human systems was elucidated here: https://fromrome.info/2020/09/29/how-ideology-corrupts-the-state-but-christianity-liberates-it/

Thinking that we can solve the problems of our nations by ‘voting the bad ones out, and voting the right ones in’ is abject folly. Just like the One Ring, Demo(n)cracy (and all its off-shoots [republicanism, parliamentarism, parliamentary “monarchy”, populism…]) answers to the Dark One alone. He can’t be defeated by means of it.

The only good system is the one Heaven has, and the only one God sanctions: monarchy. Unfortunately it’s the one holy system most people on Earth have been “vaccinated” against, to the point that if you mention it to them, specially to Americans, they go into contortions and seizures of rage.

You can’t defeat the Enemy with its One Weapon. But thinking that you can is just what the Enemy wants you to think, so that you will keep trying, wasting all your prayers, time, assets, and efforts in a vain enterprise, whilst the Enemy moves swiftly to capture the world and mop up the few pockets where Wisdom still reigns.

It was blatantly made obvious in the last few months that elections don’t work anymore, and yet you see myriads of people already hoping and aiming and working for freedom to come back in 2024. So sad. Do we really think that Satan will stop his advance now and wait four years for the next round of elections to resume his campaign of global domination?

    1. Your’s is a fine argument, if you are organizing a military ovethrow of your own government, otherwise, its a fine piece that I am sure any Masonic newspaper would be happy to disseminate, for it is simply surrender.

Based upon the miraculous instantaneous conversion of one Bruno Cornacchiola (an avowed Communist, anti-Catholic, unfaithful abusive husband & father, and would-be assassin of the Pope) this writer is more than a little wary of pigeonholing the Mediatrix of all graces. On the 12 of April 1947 in the cave at Tre Fontane – Italy, 30 years after Fatima, Our Lady provided us with a demonstration of Her power of conversion over the most hardened of sinners. Here is an example not of the long gradual process of missionary activity or inculturation, but an example meant to serve as a microcosm of what She is capable of and will do to the entire nation of Russia after the churchmen humble themselves and obey the command of God to do the Consecration.
It goes without saying that we must do our part and all that that entails.

      1. I think you both are talking about different things. No one denies that Russia will convert miraculously and in a brief time. But if you live in another country, your people will not have the same grace, and thus there needs to be workers prepared to till the grounds.
