God the Father: Remembering the forgotten Person of the Most Holy Trinity

Bugnolo sets forth here is the teaching of the Church, affirmed by St. Thomas Aquinas in Summa Theologica, IIa IIa, Q. 81, a. 1, where the Angelic Doctor teaches that religion regards the worship of God. And as the Son renders latria to the Father in the Holy Spirit by His obedience, even in the Incarnation unto death, and as the Father renders latria to the Son by giving Him all that He HImself has, so that He be honored just as the Father be honored, and as the Holy Spirit renders latria to the Father in the Son by glorifying the Son in the Father and the Father in the Son, it is perfectly true that even in God there is the worship of Each by Each. Indeed it would be heresy to say otherwise. For the Son is Priest and Mediator between God and man because He is first a Priest and Mediator in the Trinity. This is the teaching of all the Fathers.

BREAKING — Die Tagespost attempts to reckon with Cionci & Bugnolo over Benedict XVI’s Renunciation of Ministry

May 28, 2021 A. D. — The dam of silence has broken. The leading Catholic newspaper of German has published an article on the failed renunciation of Pope Benedict XVI.  The damage to the St. Gallen Mafia is extreme.

The paper has cited the names of some of Bergoglio’s most menacing opponents:  Andrea Cionci of the Italian daily, Libero, and Br. Alexis Bugnolo, of FromRome.Info.

I will leave it to the judgement of the readers, how great the damage to the Narrative this is.

Die Tagespost has attempted to discredit both Cionci and myself ever so subtlety, but it is clear that the attempt is a backfire. Too many facts have been let out.

What has particularly irked Gallina, the author of the article, is that Cionci has established from a close analysis of Benedict XVI’s statements that my theory of the intentional and purposefully invalid renunciation is highly plausible.  Die Tagespost has unwittingly confirmed it by admitting that Benedict never has called what he did an abdication!

This article means, politically, however, that the work of Cionci has caused a massive wave of new questions among the Sacred Hierarchy.  I can confirm that the thesis of the Great Catholic Reset, planned by Benedict or at the basis of the inspiration he received to resign, is now an open question even in the Vatican. Cardinals and high functionaries are speaking of it in an approved manner.

The stranglehold of the controlled Catholic media in the English speaking world has been circumvented. Many thanks to Andrea Cionci and the outgoing editor of the Libero for having given others and myself a voice in Italy and now to the entire world.

On the Use and Misuse of Pope Martin V’s Bull Ad Evitanda Scandala of 1418

Or, Can I receive the Sacraments from Bergoglian clergy?

Those who hold fast to Bergoglio despite all the evidence to the contrary that he is not the pope have begun to circulate among Catholics vernacular snippets of copies of Pope Martin V’s Bull, Ad Evitanda Scandala, to as to convince them they can continue to receive the Sacraments from public heretics and schismatics on the grounds that these are not yet condemned by the Church.

This falsification of the teaching of Pope Martin V is diabolic.  And for that reason it merits to be refuted.

Who was Pope Martin V?

To understand the reason for the Papal Bull, let us first review the historical circumstances of its publication.

Pope Martin V was elected the successor of St. Peter at the Council of Constance on the Feast of St. Martin, November 11, 1417.   He was the first valid pope to be elected and to be recognized by the whole of Christendom since 1378.  His real name was Oddone Colonna, and yes he was a member of that famous Italian noble family.

Wikipedia recounts the basics of his career:

Oddone Colonna was born at Genazzano, the son of Agapito Colonna and Caterina Conti, between 26 January and 20 February, 1369.[2] He belonged to one of the oldest and most distinguished families of Rome. His brother Giordano became Prince of Salerno and Duke of Venosa, while his sister Paola was Lady of Piombino between 1441 and 1445.

Oddone studied law at the University of Pavia.[3] He became apostolic protonotary under Pope Urban VI (1378–1389), and was created Cardinal-Deacon of San Giorgio in Velabro by Pope Innocent VII in 1405.

In 1409 he took part in the Council of Pisa, and was one of the supporters of Antipope Alexander V. Later he confirmed his allegiance to Alexander’s successor, John XXIII, by whom his family obtained several privileges, while Oddone obtained for himself the vicariate of Todi, Orvieto, Perugia and Umbria. He was excommunicated for this in 1411 by Pope Gregory XII. Oddone was with John XXIII’s entourage at the Council of Constance and followed him in his escape at Schaffhausen on 21 March 1415. Later he returned to Constance and took part in the process leading to the deposition of John XXIII.[4]

So as we can see, before becoming Pope, Oddone Colonna was himself excommunicated by the true Roman Pontiff, Gregory XII precisely for the sin of communicating with an Antipope! Colonna for his part was little different from the pragmatically immoral nobility of his day, who changed sides at every moment to maintain or increase their patrimony or estate.

So two years after the death of Gregory XII, the Cardinals agreed to put their rivalries aside and elect the same man as Gregory’s successor.  And that was Martin V.  It was an obvious political compromise. As part of the deal, everyone agreed to absolve everyone else of any excommunication. The Hussites would go on to contest the validity of his election, but the Church has always regarded him as the true and valid successor of St. Peter.

The Text of Ad Evitanda Scandala: Latin

The very next year, Oddone Colonna, now Pope Martin V, published the bull, Ad Evitanda Scandala, or “To avoid Scandals”.  Here is the Latin text, from a source which appears reliable:

Ad evitanda scandala et multa pericula, subveniendumque conscientiis timoratis, omnibus Christi fidelibus, tenore praesentium, misericorditer indulgemus, quod nemo deinceps a communione alicius in sacramentorum administratione vel receptione aut aliis quibuscumque divinis, vel extra ; praetextu cuiuscumque sententiae aut censurae ecclesiasticae a iure vel ab homine generaliter promulgatae, teneatur abstinere vel aliquem vitare ac interdictum ecclesiasticum observare : nisi sententia vel censura huiusmodi fuerit in vel contra personam collegium universitatem ecclesiam communitatem aut locum certum vel certa a iudice publicata vel denunciata specialiter et expresse : constitutionibus apostolicis et aliis in contrarium facientibus non obstantibus quibuscumque ; salvo si quem pro sacrilegio et manuum iniectione in clerum sententiam latam a canone adeo notorie constiterit incidisse, quod factum non possit aliqua tergiversationi celari, nec aliquo iuris suffragio excusari. The Text of Ad Evitanda Scandala: In Translation

Here is my own English translation, arranged in its proper hierarchical order of conditions:

To avoid scandals and many dangers, and to come to the aid of frightened consciences,

      • to all the faithful of Christ, in tenor of the present (letters), we mercifully indulge
        1. that no one, henceforth, from communion with anyone in or outside of the administration and/or reception of the Sacraments or in any other divine (rites) whatsoever;

under the pretext of any sentences or ecclesiastical censure whatsoever, promulgated by law and/or man in general terms [generaliter],

be bound to abstain and/or avoid anyone or observe an ecclesiastical interdict:

      2. unless the sentence and/or censure will be of this kind,

        • upon and/or against a person, college, university, church, community or a certain place
        • and/or published by a certain judge and/or denounced especially [specialiter] and expressly:
      • Not withstanding any Apostolic Constitutions and others whatsoever, working unto the contrary;

saving, if one in virtue of sacrilege and laying of hands upon a cleric was established to have fallen under a sentences imposed by a Canon notorious in this matter,

which fact could not be concealed by any subterfuge, nor be excused by any suffrage of right [iuris]. 

For from communion with the latter, though it be not denounced, We wish one to abstain, in accord with the canonical sanctions.

On the Misuse of the Papal Bull Ad Evitanda Scandala

The first thing to be noticed is that this Bull does NOT contain Magisterial teaching.  This I say to rebut the assertions stated by  John S. Daly in his article on the topic.

We can see clearly that it does not contain magisterial teaching because:

    1. IT IMPOSES NO OBLIGATION UPON ANYONE TO ACCEPT IT.
    2. It is a grant of an indulgence, which by its very nature is a canonical favor, not a magisterial teaching or dogmatic sentence.
    3. It specifically contains a restrictive clause by the very one who promulgated it (at end)

For this reasons, the teaching of Vatican I obliges us gravely in conscience to not hold this teaching as infallible, since it does not meet the criterion of a papal teaching which is ex cathedra.

What then is its canonical value.  A papal indulgence or favor, in written form, holds value so long as another Pope does not overturn it with another decision.  This was done substantially by the Holy Office, as John Daly mentions above, and officially and legally in the codes of Canon Law of 1917, which abolished all previous grants of indulgences, and 1983 which declared excommunicate ipso fato latae senentiae all heretics, schismatics and apostates, making it obligatory to regard them outside the communion of the Church by the mere fact of there sin. — A most solid moral principle, which aligns canon law again with the revealed teaching of God in Scripture, taught in many places (e. g. Maccabees and by Our Lord in Matthew 10:32.

So no appeal can be made to it today as having any force of law or to obtain any claim to action on the part of the faithful.

Martin V was the first pope in nearly 40 years to be commonly accepted by the whole Church. The Great Western Schism which began when Cardinals decided to lie about who was the real pope, and elected another, was a horrible tragedy for the Church. Countless souls were deceived about who was the true Pope and died in communion with an antipope.  Both rival parties, however, were perfectly Catholic, in that they taught no false doctrines, so in this Schism there was no question of conscience over communion with heretics. It was only a papal schism.

Therefore, it is very wrong to suppose that Martin V was referring to the precise circumstances of our day or had granted an indulgence or teaching which Catholics can make use of today, or appeal to today, in the present crisis. Indeed, in an age in which for nearly 40 years excommunications had been leveled on all sides like water, as it where, the Bull of Martin V was a good pastoral approach to heal troubled and wounded souls, after so many years of strife. This was especially necessary for the Faithful who traveled to those parts of Europe where just a few years before all were regarded to be excommunicated by the pope, to whose allegiance they belonged.

On the Use of the Papal Bull Ad Evitanda Scandala

Since the act is not a magisterial teaching protected from error, we cannot rely on this document to discern any true guidance today for souls or consciences.

Indeed, by expressly not granting his indulgence to the case of communing with someone who had laid hands on a cleric in a sacrilegious manner, Martin V showed that it was not his intention to grant his indulgence when it would be consenting to a crime after the fact, which is clearly immoral.  From this we can deduce the mind of the Pontiff, namely, that it was not his intention to grant permission to do anything sinful.  And from this we can conclude, that the cases which he refers to, namely CONDEMNATIONS IN GENERAL TERMS, refer only to those sentences which were vague.  And this concurs with the general principles of right.

However, the indulgence of the Pope no where speaks of the obligation of every Catholic to never act contrary to his knowledge (conscientia) of the truth. In fact, the expressed exception to his indulgence, at the end, shows us that Martin V did not want his grant of favor extended to cases in which the conscience of the faithful was obliged to act.

But this is precisely the case today with Catholics who know Bergoglio professes heresies and no religion, or that Benedict XVI’s did not renounce his office, only his ministry.

Therefore, those who share this papal bull to convince others to keep receiving the Sacraments from Bergoglians are clearly misrepresenting it according to its nature of authority, its form of words, its historical context and its canonical value.

Apologists of Denial

One of the most common tricks of the Masonic Lodges is to send out a pack of trolls to squelch the truth of the events of the day.

Their common tactic is to insist that words do not have meaning and that anyone who understandings them correctly, as they are understood by Lodge members, must be attacked and vilified.

Others are in such denial, because they want to serve the powers who be, that to publish news which points out that such powers are corrupt and evil and intent on genociding humanity, leads them to do anything they can to prop up their own fake view of reality and to deny the facts presented in the open light of day.

This behavior showed itself yesterday in response to my publication of the article on Civil War in Italy.  — (Though imperceptibly to my readers, because trolls, here at FromRome.Info, get banned for life, and the only reaction they evince from me is to press the spam button.)

My report explained exactly what the law obliges, but my opponents say the law contains nothing of the kind.  They want you to understand the law as the Government wants you to understand it, rather than as they intend it. Because if you understood it correctly you would start a civil war against the government. And that they do not want.

They want to convince you, rather, to commit wilful intentional deliberate and free suicide of yourself and your children. But they want to convince you ever so slowly, little step by little step, denying the reality of what you are participating in even as you participate in it.

Here in Italy, doctors are giving the Vaxx to patients and watching them drop dead immediately or days later, but they still keep Vaxxing them.

Parents are taking their little ones to be vaccinated, and they are dying. But they keep on taking them.

This is exactly what the Lodges want you to do, and how they want you to react.

Anyone who says otherwise is publishing fake news.

So the particular attacks against me in yesterdays report, marshaled 2 weak arguments: namely, that in Article 4 of the Law, it obliges only sanitary workers to get the jab, and in Article 5 it allows only those who have lost the use of their natural faculties to be presumed to consent to the jab.

But being an honest Catholic, who knows how to read, I simply explained what that means: you will be denied medical care in Italy if you refuse the jab.

Am I to be faulted if, instead of saying 2 +2 =4, I say, (2^3)*e/(e*2)=4 ?

Is the fact that I understand mathematics makes me guilty of publishing fake news if I know how to calculate a sum in a complex equation and you do not or do not want to? And if I am not, in mathematics, I am also not guilty in matters of law.

So for the lovers of truth who are fighting trolls of denial, here is the explanation:

In Article 4, sanitary works are obliged to get the jab. This includes not only hospital workers, but also all those in clinics and doctors offices. If they refuse, they must be assigned where they will not come into contact with possible Covid patients or fired. But they will be fired, because what kind of sanitary worker will never come in contact with such a patient, when the Government says the virus is every where or can be transmitted by everyone, even the vaxxed?

But the import of the law is that those unvaxxed cannot be along side those who are vaxxed. And if that is true of workers, that is true of patients. So the unvaxxed patient will be seen by the vaxxed sanitary worker as a threat. And that means the vaxxed sanitary worker will have very strong motives and a legal urge to vax the unvaxxed.

Here is where Article 5 kicks in.  The sanitary worker can presume you want to be jabbed, if you lack your natural faculties.  And clearly those who refuse the all saving holy Vaxx lack their faculties, and therefore can be forcibly jabbed, if they are in the arm reach of a vaxxed sanitary worker.  Therefore, if you do not want to be jabbed, you will be de facto denied all medical care.

Those who deny this are trying to get you to sustain, that a sanitary worker who is risking death by being Vaxxed or who has dumped all his training into the dustbin because of what is said on TV, is perfectly rational and ethical and NEVER would so take liberties with the law to vax YOU, even though he considered it nothing to vax himself. — What kind of dream world is such a troll living in?  Such an argument is madness argued by the mad to make others mad.

And since the Vaxx will kill all the sanitary workers to take it according to the top French Virologist, in short time there will be no sanitary workers in Italy. And thus no sanitary care. So you will be denied for another reason.  Also those sanitary workers who say what I just said are losing their licenses to practice, doctors and nurses included. And thus won’t be able to provide you care, legally, for in Italy medical care is nationalized, even private hospitals are controlled because they must abide by State laws on medical practice and because they receive funding from the State.

Quod Erat Demonstradum.  That is, I have thus demonstrated the truth of my article.

If you have a brain still, you can see it. If you are an apologist of denial, you will never see it, even after you enter into your final paroxysm of life as you die from the Vaxx.

Finally, since DL 44/2021 completely violates the Constitution, anyone, including those trolls here, who says it does not pose such a threat, are simply claiming that the Government can do as it please, and I cannot call it a dictatorship. They are like the Traitor Traddie who says Bergoglio is a heretic but I must accept him as head of my church.

I hope you can connect the dots, now. This is why FromRome.info exists, and it is why the site is already on blacklists.

ITALY: It’s Civil War! — Dictatorship Declares Vaxx obligatory for all

In violation of every term of the Italian Constitution, the Charter of Human Rights of the European Nations, of the UN Charter for Human Rights, and every medical, scientific and religious moral norm, the Sanitary Dictatorship has approved the conversion into law of the Administrative Decree of Mario Draghi’s Government DL 44/2021.

The terms of this Dictatorial Decree oblige every resident of Italy to take the Vaxx, regardless of any position of religion or conscience.

Those who refuse, will be DENIED all medical assistance, in all hospitals and clinics, public and private.

Here is a direct link to the Italian Gazette, the official publication of the Italian Republic regarding laws. The Decree of April 1, 2021 was converted into a “law” by a vote in Parliament last week. The key wording is in Article 5, where anyone, who is deemed to be “not in present use of their natural faculties” — i .e. asleep — can be vaccinated by medical staff, because their consent is PRESUMED.

This is barbarism.

The Draghi government is going forward with its mass vaccination program with calculated steps. Already in past weeks we have seen political dissidents threatened with or receiving TSO’s (being taken to a mental asylum) for refusing to comply with Sanitary Dictatorship Decrees. Now any resistance can be deemed violent, violence deemed signs of insanity, insanity a sign of “not being in possession of natural faculties” and the door is open to vaccination!

I personally know of several poor people who are being obliged to get vaccinated in order to keep receiving welfare checks. While this goes beyond the letter of the law, in truth, Italy is already in a lawless state. Every injustice will now be perpetrated on account of the Scamdemic.

But with the approval of 44/2021, the previous approval of the “Green Passport” as the condition for travel between any two regions of Italy or use of public accommodations, makes the Vaccine a practical requirement for normal life takes on a new threat. Refusal to comply now gives a “legal” way to force vaccination.

Many opposition groups have declared in previous weeks and months, that if the Draghi government took this step, they would declare armed conflict against the government.

Whether Civil War breaks out now in Italy, God only knows, but truly with such a move the Italian Dictatorship has declared war on its people: a war of extermination, a war of genocide, a war against Christianity, a war to the destruction of all human life in the territory of the former Republic.

The days ahead abode with darkness and conflict. I beg your prayers to Our Lady of Victories for the Italian people!
