Joe Biden is a life long Democrat Party member. The Party which started the Civil War, supported racial slavery and segregation and dehumanizing others. So yesterday’s announcement came as no surprise.

He talks about being in charge of Medicare and Medicaid, therefore he can do whatever he wants with them. Now is not the time to get into this discussion probably but at some point we need to have a chat about families abandoning elderly to hospitals and care homes. Typically about 10-15% from my experience can afford private pay for skilled nursing, the bill averaging 10K per month. Most long term care residents are paid for by Medicare. The resentment on the part of the staff is palpable at times, other times hardly noticable, or for some patients they don’t seem to mind at all. I could find no rhyme or reason. At the government level however resentment is putting it mildly. They are flaming angry about it, want these people off the government gravy train. That’s largely the way I’m taking his comments about medical workers. And then there’s the subject of the families who ‘dump’ so called loved ones on the healthcare system. A topic for another day. This gets into the Church issue.

I agree with what you said. Anyone familiar with dementia knows there are physiological changes that occur along with mental decline. He looks different to me. Obviously looks thinner for example. It’s not until towards the end they can no longer talk or walk. I’m looking forward to his inability to talk, it would spare us from being victims of his worsening insanity.
What is the definition of “Unvaccinated” per The Center for Medical Services Guidance for Medicare and Medicaid from April 2021 bottom page 2 and top of page 3)?

“Fully vaccinated” refers to a person who is ≥2 weeks following receipt of the second dose in a 2-dose series, or ≥2 weeks following receipt of one dose of a single-dose vaccine.
2 “Unvaccinated” refers to a person who does not fit the definition of “fully vaccinated,” including people whose vaccination status is not known, for the purposes of this guidance.
No mention of natural immunity in either this guidance or Biden’s tirade.
