Giorgetti, head of the Lega — to which Matteo Salvini belongs — alarmed the nation the other day by proposing that Mario Draghi be elected president without ceding the authority of prime minister, with the consequence that he would become a sort of Dictator/King of Italy. Even more shocking is that no one in Parliament has spoken against the proposal.  Italy is clearly moving toward a dictatorship, even if Draghi is a vicar of Globalist power over Italy.
