  1. As Peggy Hall has advised, it is best for employees to insist that the employer provide IN WRITING the policy mandates and every other request such as questions that the employee must answer. This will save the employee from being caught off guard with difficult questions and so forth.

    IN WRITING, will also provide documentation that would be important for the employee for personal reference considerations for the present situation of what the employer is mandating as well as the future times of reckoning which will come as a result of the forced mandates.
