In the Twitter thread Gal Shalev clarifies his error. There was no court order with respect to the release of all documents within 30 days. It was Pfizer who volunteered to release 500 documents per month (out of 360,000 total documents) in response to a FOIA request (Freedom of Information Act request) by a group of scientists.
Hopefully the courts will force them to release everything immediately.
