Sandro Torella is a comedian, an actor born on July 12, 1975 and obviously opposed to the regime.

He could continue his work in a theater since he “had” Covid-19, as he would say, “the green cazzo has it”, it disgusts him and he boycots this discriminatory instrument, keeping his theater closed.

He hasn’t always been a comedian, before he was a normal theater actor and when he started being a comedian, he had to deal with a different audience and environment: clubs, pubs, squares. A much more natural, spontaneous, sincere, credible interaction is suitable for these environments, compared to the attitude of the Italian classical theater whose prerequisite is good techniques, agility in the space of the stage and a fluid oratory ability.

He uses somewhat vulgar terms to talk about the monsters of the regime.

These are also tricks to avoid censorship on social media, as well as dirty expressions to give the status quo the respect it deserves.

However, these expressions are not dignified and have a scruffy, arrogant style.

In 2015 he presented in Los Angeles the show “Fanculo il PIL” , he brought his work in a culture different from the Italian one. In America they enjoyed themselves, however, actor Sandro Torella thinks they did not understand the message well.

He thinks they would now understand that he wanted to warn us that we would get to where we are now!

In New York, he passed in 2014 where he held the Stand Up Comedy and was pleased with the interaction with the public who had gone to the club to have fun.

How do you work without opening the theater?

He is learning to publish a lot of content on the net:

• one live a week on his website;
• a tutorial course for acting on the “Sandro Torella Acting Coatch” page;
• and, a show (“Great reset”) which was the first attempt at live streaming.
• It is a new possibility to create and see theater at home. There are two differences: the separation due to the virtual and an editing team like that of live television.
• He is planning an autonomous platform on his site to make the next live shows.
• “Radio Radio tv”, an Italian resistance talk radio present on multiple platforms, hosts Sandro Torella on a weekly basis under the “a twists” column on Thursdays.

Biography: Born in 1975, Sandro Torella is a famous comedian of the Italian resistance with the skills of actor, director and satirist; but also graduated in Economics and Commerce.

Since 2003 he has been teaching acting in a middle school in Rome and also in a master’s degree in training organized by Cinecittà Holding, such as at the Teatro Duse in Rome, which he has taken control of since 2010.

Sandro Torella è comico, attore nato nel 12 Luglio del 1975, ovviamente è contrario al regime .

Lui potrebbe continuare il suo lavoro in un teatro poiché ha avuto il covid, come direbbe “c’ha il green cazz”, gli fa schifo e boicotta questo strumento discriminatorio, tenendo chiuso il suo teatro.

Non ha sempre fatto il comico, prima era un attore normale di teatro e quando ha iniziato a fare il comico, si è dovuto confrontare con un pubblico e degli ambiente differenti: locali, pub, della piazze. A questi ambienti è adatta una interazione molto più naturale, spontanea, sincera, credibile, rispetto all’atteggiamento del teatro classico italiano il cui presupposto principe sono delle buone tecniche, una agilità nello spazio del palco e una fluida capacità oratoria.

Usa termini un po’ volgari per parlare dei mostri del regime.

Questi sono anche stratagemmi per evitare la censura sui social, oltre che espressioni sconcie per affibbiare allo status quo il rispetto che merita.

Tuttavia queste espressioni non sono dignitose e hanno uno stile trasandato, strafottente.

Nel 2015 ha presentato a Los Angeles lo spettacolo “Fanculo il PIL”, portò il suo lavoro in una cultura diversa da quella italiana. In America si sono divertiti però l’attore Sandro Torella pensa che non abbiano capito bene il messaggio.

Crede che adesso capirebbero che voleva avvisare che saremmo arrivati dove siamo arrivati adesso!

A New York, è passato nel 2014 dove ha tenuto la Stand Up Comedy ed è stato soddisfatto della interazione col pubblico che era andato nel locale per divertirsi.

Come lavora senza aprire il teatro?

Sta imparando a pubblicare molti contenuti in rete: una diretta a settimana sul suo sito; un corso tutorial per la recitazione sulla pagina “Sandro Torella Acting Coatch”; e, uno spettacolo (“Great reset”) che è stato il primo tentativo di live in streaming.

È una nuova possibilità per realizzare e vedere il teatro in casa. Ci sono due differenze: la separazione dovuta al virtuale e un team di montaggio come quello delle dirette televisive.

Sta programmando una piattaforma autonoma sul suo sito per realizzare le prossime dirette.
