  2. In her direct address, Meredith Miller talks about putting away the old life and the old self before the (Covid?) trauma, and then putting on the new life and the new self after the trauma. That sounds very close to St. Paul talking about putting on the New Man, and later saying “I live now not I, but Christ lives in me”, and “I can do all things in Him who strengthens me”. St. Paul’s “frying pan whack up the side of the head” moment was being knocked off his horse on his way to Damascus, then being directly challenged by Christ: “Why do you persecute Me?” and then being blinded for a while. After that all that trauma, he was definitely a new man. He later became Christ’s great apostle to the gentiles.

  3. We are all in an abusive relationship with the government. Most people today are acting like battered spouses, who keep expecting their abuser to act normally, when he never will! The Snake and his pet Octopus won’t be overthrown, because they are being allowed by God, so that He may deliver judgment to His “Christian” followers, who are almost entirely deceived now, and generally worthless to His purposes. (2Thessalonians 2). Judgment begins at home, and so it has begun. Afterwards He will destroy all of His enemies. This time, though, it is different. It is final. I pray you are among His remnant.
