Sebaceous glands firing up

by Br. Alexis Bugnolo

In May of 2019, I took the Sanofi Pasteur Yellow Fever Vaccine, in prepartion for a missionary trip to the Ivory Coast, which never materialized.

Before taking the vaccine, I felt a strange impulse to not to take it, a foreboding sense of hesitancy. But I went ahead anyhow for the sake of the salvation of souls and lives. I wrote about that here on June 9, 2021. The Sanofi Pasteur Yellow Fever vaccine was not authorized in the USA, but the FDA had granted an emergency use authorization because of shortage of supplies of the normal Yellow Fever vaccine. They made me sign a waiver to that effect, granting them some sort of immunity.

On June 10, 2021, I reported about how sebaceous glands in the skin naturally exude a kind of sticky substance, known as sebum, something between oil and wax, which can cause metal or smooth objects to stick to the skin. This phenomenon has been known for ages. It has nothing to do with magnetism.

This morning, I experimented on myself again, to see what changes might have occurred.

Now a metal coin not only sticks to the sight of vaccination, but also to my shoulder up to my neck, and to nearly my entire left pec.

Whatever is going on is causing the sebaceous glands to fire. I put flour on the coin, and it stuck in no place, thus proving it is not magnetism.

Following Dr. Delgado’s advice about bluetooth scanning for implanted 4G/5G routers, I detected no such signal emanating from my arm.

However, the expansion of sebaceous gland activity has me concerned.

What could it be?

Some toxin in the vaccine, perhaps.

Or perhaps it is just that I prefer to sleep on my left shoulder, and that is aggravating the vaccine injury.

  1. Just a thought. Shower, soap thoroughly with a pure soap like Ivory (not one with oils and lotions) and scrub.
After, use rubbing alcohol to remove all traces of oil on the skin.
    Then see what you’ve got.

    1. I had covid in september. After around nine weeks I found myself with a strage kund of “magnetic” force in chest, collar bone, shoulder, left hip that attracted metals of all kind. I was in tears. I’m not vaccinated. But I’m almost sure that a friend of mine that I hadn’t see for long time that is vaccinated brought this to me and the covid. Because we hugh and went in her car for many hours with the air conditioner recirculating the air. This is like being in a capsule for 2 or3 hours. And exactly after a week I was sick with the covid pneumonia.

      1. Try putting flour or corn starch on a smooth metal object and see if it sticks. I will bet that it will not. If it does not, its not magnetism, but sebum.

  2. Brother Bugnolo,

I”ll be praying for your health.

(As a healthcare worker- Former respiratory therapist), I can only say look for trends. If you have 1 problem, note it. IF that problem then escalates to a lesion, then it might be time to check it out with a doctor you trust, maybe get some lab work.

an everyday example of what I would be looking for patients would go something like this:

a patient went and took his 3rd booster shot. The following day the patient starts getting headaches. Its been 3 weeks since his booster, and now he’s been getting nosebleeds (he reports he hasn’t had them since childhood). (When I heard this guy, I told him to go to a doctor and get some labs.) This could all be related.

I think my point is that usually there is an accumulation and progression of symptoms, and within the data points healthcare providers can see trends that suspect possible causes. Labwork and other studies come to help discern further.

I hope all is well. Learning whats been going on with vaccines lately has made me suspicious about all the annual flu vaccines I had to take while working. Magnets stuck to vaccine sites? Thats not normal either so I can understand the concern there too.

      1. I would also add, if it was before the national emergency powers being called for the “pandemic.” Then the regulatory laws that were put in place, were robust and actually trustworthy. It was when they called the whole scam a national emergency that the regulatory laws were bypassed. Laws which required longterm data, and animal studies. So theres comfort in that.

  3. I was tricked into getting flu jab late 2019 whilst working at a hospital in London. Got some weird bruising at injection site. No deathvax, no deathswab or deathmask for me! I put a magnet on arm at injection site and upper chest last year. It was sticking. So I started taking zeolite spray and NAC. I Can report that with continued use there is no more magnet sticking.
I reported this “adverse reaction” of bruising to the pharma company who may have produced this flu jab … and they are sort of wetting themselves … as I am on their tail.
Had what may or not may be “Covid” two years ago and was bad for 3 weeks … but since then eat healthier than ever and take vitamins .. vit C, zinc etc.
    Keep well Br.

      1. N-Acetyl-Cysteine.
Also my fingertips were bleeding last year (maybe because of touching all the “satanised” surfaces). Vitamin B3 has absolutely helped with this. Woman who owns dry cleaners had same finger tip problem – due to maybe chemicals- but does not take Vitamin B3. Her fingertips still bleed.

      2. NAC is N-Acetyl L-Cystein. NAC for short. 1) It is an amino acid broken down from Collagen Protein which the body makes less of with age. Increase Collagen Protein requires always ready stores of Vit. C and Whole Protein OR Can take Supplements of Collagen and Vit. C comes with it for absorption.
2)Collagen further is broken down into numerous component amino acids and one is NAC. As we age, the body becomes less efficient; therefore, it is wise as we age to take NAC as a Supplement since it is 1 ingredient of 3 comprised to make the most important and prominent antioxidant in the Human Body called ‘Glutathione’.3) It is absorbed in the Small Intestine and manufactured in the Liver. 4)Though it contributes to MANY chemical processes in the body; one of the most important is the control of the consistency of mucous or lubrication for the maintenance of certain tissues inclusive of the lungs. 5) The fluid surrounding the alveoli for the transference of oxygen/carbon dioxide is supposed to be as a soaplike, foamy consistency and when it is too viscous, that transference cannot happen; thus, in Covid Pneumonia…THIS is what causes inability to breath and the sick patient will drowned in it’s own to viscous fluids.
6)Several hospitals/Doctors outside the usual U.S. Protocols have mandated this as part of their protocol in Treating Covid. I have known about it for years. It is a game changer and my Dr. told me years ago it really could EXTEND LIFESPAN. My ex-husband used to get seasonal Bronchitis and when he felt it coming on during the change of the year and I gave him this twice per day at 1200 mg TOTAL per day; it cleared up within a few weeks without further treatment. He takes it daily as a prophylactic…As do I. It was recommended on “The Inghram Angle” early in the Covid Paranoia by Dr. Harvey Reisch or perhaps another physician on at the same time with him…I think. It is being given more and more often, now. Know this is a long answer, Sorry.

      3. N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) comes from the amino acid L-cysteine. Amino acids are building blocks of proteins. NAC has many uses and is an FDA approved drug.

      4. N-acetyl cysteine. It is a form of amino acid available in capsules and is a strong booster of the body’s most powerful antioxidant, glutathione (mentioned by Dr Delgado).

NUTRITIONEvidence BasedTop 9 Benefits of NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine)

Written by Amy Goodson, MS, RD, CSSD, LD on September 26, 2018

Cysteine is a semi-essential amino acid.

It’s considered semi-essential because your body can produce it from other amino acids, namely methionine and serine. It becomes essential only when the dietary intake of methionine and serine is low.

Cysteine is found in most high-protein foods, such as chicken, turkey, yogurt, cheese, eggs, sunflower seeds and legumes.

N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is a supplement form of cysteine.

Consuming adequate cysteine and NAC is important for a variety of health reasons — including replenishing the most powerful antioxidant in your body, glutathione. These amino acids also help with chronic respiratory conditions, fertility and brain health.

Here are the top 9 health benefits of NAC.

        1. Essential for Making the Powerful Antioxidant Glutathione

NAC is valued primarily for its role in antioxidant production.

Along with two other amino acids — glutamine and glycine — NAC is needed to make and replenish glutathione.

Glutathione is one of the body’s most important antioxidants, which helps neutralize free radicals that can damage cells and tissues in your body.

It’s essential for immune health and fighting cellular damage. Some researchers believe it may even contribute to longevity (1Trusted Source).

Its antioxidant properties are also important for combatting numerous other ailments caused by oxidative stress, such as heart disease, infertility and some psychiatric conditions (2Trusted Source).

SUMMARYNAC helps replenish glutathione, arguably your body’s most powerful antioxidant. Therefore, it can improve a variety of health conditions.

        2. Helps With Detoxification to Prevent or Diminish Kidney and Liver Damage

NAC plays an important role in your body’s detoxification process.

It can help prevent side effects of drugs and environmental toxins (3Trusted Source).

In fact, doctors regularly give intravenous (IV) NAC to people with an acetaminophen overdose to prevent or reduce kidney and liver damage (4Trusted Source).

NAC also has applications for other liver diseases due to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits (5Trusted Source).

SUMMARYNAC helps detoxify your body and can treat acetaminophen overdoses.

        3. May Improve Psychiatric Disorders and Addictive Behavior

NAC helps regulate levels of glutamate — the most important neurotransmitter in your brain (6Trusted Source).

While glutamate is required for normal brain action, excess glutamate paired with glutathione depletion can cause brain damage.

This may contribute to mental health conditions, such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and addictive behavior (7, 8Trusted Source).

For people with bipolar disease and depression, NAC may help decrease symptoms and improve your overall ability to function. What’s more, research suggests that it may play a role in treating moderate to severe OCD (9Trusted Source, 10Trusted Source).

Likewise, an animal study implied that NAC may minimize negative effects of schizophrenia, such as social withdrawal, apathy and reduced attention spans (11Trusted Source).

NAC supplements can also help decrease withdrawal symptoms and prevent relapse in cocaine addicts (12Trusted Source, 13Trusted Source).

Additionally, preliminary studies show that NAC may decrease marijuana and nicotine use and cravings (14Trusted Source, 15).

Many of these disorders have limited or currently ineffective treatment options. NAC may be an effective aid for individuals with these conditions (16Trusted Source).

SUMMARYBy regulating glutamate levels in your brain, NAC may alleviate symptoms of multiple psychiatric disorders and reduce addictive behavior.

        4. Helps Relieve Symptoms of Respiratory Conditions

NAC can relieve symptoms of respiratory conditions by acting as an antioxidant and expectorant, loosening mucus in your air passageways.

As an antioxidant, NAC helps replenish glutathione levels in your lungs and reduces inflammation in your bronchial tubes and lung tissue.

People with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) experience long-term oxidative damage and inflammation of lung tissue, which causes airways to constrict — leading to shortness of breath and coughing.

NAC supplements have been used to improve COPD symptoms, exacerbations and lung decline (17Trusted Source, 18Trusted Source, 19).

In a one-year study, 600 mg of NAC twice a day significantly improved lung function and symptoms in those with stable COPD (20Trusted Source).

Those with chronic bronchitis can also benefit from NAC.

Bronchitis occurs when the mucous membranes in your lungs’ bronchial passageways become inflamed, swell and shut off airways to your lungs (21Trusted Source, 22Trusted Source).

By thinning mucus in your bronchial tubes and boosting glutathione levels, NAC may help decrease the severity and frequency of wheezing, coughing and respiratory attacks (23).

In addition to relieving COPD and bronchitis, NAC may improve other lung and respiratory tract conditions like cystic fibrosis, asthma and pulmonary fibrosis, as well as symptoms of nasal and sinus congestion due to allergies or infections (24Trusted Source).

SUMMARYNAC’s antioxidant and expectorant capacity can improve lung function by decreasing inflammation as well as breaking up mucus.

        5. Boosts Brain Health by Regulating Glutamate and Replenishing Glutathione

NAC’s ability to replenish glutathione and regulate brain glutamate levels can boost brain health.

The brain neurotransmitter glutamate is involved in a broad range of learning, behavior and memory actions, while the antioxidant glutathione helps reduce oxidative damage to brain cells associated with aging (6Trusted Source).

Because NAC helps regulate glutamate levels and replenish glutathione, it may benefit those with brain and memory ailments (4Trusted Source).

The neurological disorder Alzheimer’s disease slows down a person’s learning and memory capacity. Animal studies suggest that NAC may slow the loss of cognitive ability in people with Alzheimer’s (4Trusted Source, 25Trusted Source).

Another brain condition, Parkinson’s disease, is characterized by the deterioration of cells that generate the neurotransmitter dopamine. Both oxidative damage to cells and a decrease in antioxidant ability contribute to this disease.

NAC supplements appear to improve both dopamine function and disease symptoms such as tremors (4Trusted Source).

While NAC may improve brain health, more human research is needed to make strong conclusions.

SUMMARYBy helping replenish the antioxidant glutathione and regulate glutamate, NAC has the potential to treat diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

        6. May Improve Fertility in Both Men and Women

Approximately 15% of all couples trying to conceive are affected by infertility. In almost half of these cases, male infertility is the main contributing factor (26Trusted Source).

Many male infertility issues increase when antioxidant levels are insufficient to combat free radical formation in your reproductive system. The oxidative stress can cause cell death and reduced fertility (26Trusted Source).

In some cases, NAC has been shown to improve male fertility.

One condition that contributes to male infertility is varicocele — when veins inside the scrotum become enlarged due to free radical damage. Surgery is the primary treatment.

In one study, 35 men with varicocele were given 600 mg of NAC per day for three months post-surgery. The combination of surgery and NAC supplement improved semen integrity and partner pregnancy rate by 22% compared to the control group (27Trusted Source).

Another study in 468 men with infertility found that supplementing with 600 mg of NAC and 200 mcg of selenium for 26 weeks improved semen quality (28Trusted Source).

Researchers suggested that this combined supplement should be considered as a treatment option for male infertility.

In addition, NAC may improve fertility in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) by inducing or augmenting the ovulation cycle (29Trusted Source).

SUMMARYNAC may help improve fertility in men by reducing oxidative stress that damages or kills reproductive cells. It may also aid fertility in women with PCOS.

        7. May Stabilize Blood Sugar By Decreasing Inflammation in Fat Cells

High blood sugar and obesity contribute to inflammation in fat tissue.

This can lead to damage or destruction of insulin receptors and put you at a higher risk of type 2 diabetes (30Trusted Source).

Animal studies show that NAC may stabilize blood sugar by decreasing inflammation in fat cells and thereby improving insulin resistance (31Trusted Source, 32Trusted Source).

When insulin receptors are intact and healthy, they properly remove sugar from your blood, keeping levels within normal limits.

However, keep in mind that human research on NAC is needed to confirm these effects on blood sugar control.

SUMMARYBy decreasing inflammation in fat tissue, NAC may reduce insulin resistance and improve blood sugar regulation, but human-based research is lacking.

        8. May Reduce Heart Disease Risk by Preventing Oxidative Damage

Oxidative damage to heart tissue often leads to heart disease, causing strokes, heart attacks and other serious conditions.

NAC may reduce heart disease risk by reducing oxidative damage to tissues in your heart (33Trusted Source).

It has also been shown to increase nitric oxide production, which helps veins dilate and improves blood flow. This expedites blood transit back to your heart and can lower your risk of heart attacks (34Trusted Source).

Interestingly, a test-tube study showed that — when combined with green tea — NAC appears to reduce damage from oxidized “bad” LDL cholesterol, another contributor to heart disease (35Trusted Source).

SUMMARYNAC can reduce oxidative damage to your heart, which can — in turn — decrease your risk of heart disease.

        9. Ability to Boost Glutathione Levels May Improve Immune Function

NAC and glutathione also boost immune health.

Research on certain diseases associated with NAC and glutathione deficiency suggests that immune function might be improved — and potentially restored — by supplementing with NAC (36Trusted Source).

This factor has been studied most in people with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).

In two studies, supplementing with NAC resulted in a significant increase in immune function — with an almost complete restoration of natural killer cells (36Trusted Source, 37Trusted Source, 38Trusted Source).

High levels of NAC in your body may also suppress HIV-1 reproduction (39Trusted Source).

A test-tube study indicated that in other immune-compromised situations, such as the flu, NAC may hamper the virus’s ability to replicate. This could potentially reduce the symptoms and lifespan of the illness (40Trusted Source).

Similarly, other test-tube studies have linked NAC to cancer cell death and blocked cancer cell replication (41Trusted Source, 42Trusted Source).

Overall, more human studies are needed. Therefore, be sure to talk to your doctor before taking NAC during cancer treatment (43Trusted Source).

SUMMARYNAC’s ability to boost glutathione levels may improve immune function in a variety of diseases.

        Dosage

There is no specific dietary recommendation for cysteine because your body can produce small amounts.

For your body to make the amino acid cysteine, you need adequate amounts of folate, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. These nutrients can be found in beans, lentils, spinach, bananas, salmon and tuna.

While most protein-rich foods, such as chicken, turkey, yogurt, cheese,

      6. N-Acetyl Cysteine. It’s a well known supplement which produces Glutathione in the body, a potent anti-oxidant. Glutathione breaks down Graphene (and Graphene Oxide and Graphene Hydroxide) in the body.
I recommended NAC to a female colleague who had adverse reactions (fatigue, skin issues) after her 3rd vaccine dose. Also pine needle tea which contains shikimic acid which fights spike proteins. My colleague’s health improved markedly within days.

      7. Dear Br, NAC = N-Acetyl Cysteine ( helps in the maintenance of fat metabolism, helps in the maintenance of healthy blood lipids and support brain health. ) Kind regards, Kate

      8. N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is used by the body to build antioxidants. You can get NAC as a supplement or a prescription drug.

      9. N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) is an amino acid. Derivative of L-cysteine and precursor to glutathione. Little kids have high levels of the later and it’s thought to be why they don’t get sick from, ‘covid’. The only adults with ‘good’ levels are top atheletes. NAC by itself is an antioxidant so good against metals. Before all this, people would take it for respiratory problems like bronchitis.

The normal function of those glands produces an ‘oil’ that’s quite viscous and thus, a coin would slide off of any body part. Sebum however is a cheese like substance. You really shouldn’t come across it very often, besides the occassional dermatological problem like a pimple… of sorts. I recall that it’s wart like in the sense that, if you don’t get all of it out, it will ‘hang around’ and for years. Otherwise harmless.

I think it’s something else. Don’t change how you sleep if it works for you. Sleep, healthy food and some exercise is the key to good health. You could do walk and talks again. That’s how I originally came across your work. Sleep is when and how the body repairs itself, so getting enough is essential. You’re an older man now though so, you’re noticing ‘changes’. Hey even the Mona Lisa is falling apart 😀 Worrying about ‘it’ and the resulting stress is probably worse than whatever it is. Keep an eye on it but don’t stress.

  4. I have had this occur with me, with no vaccines, it has been an aid in living a more ascetical life because it affects perspiration and regulates body temperature. I just thought it was a grace. I haven’t taken a vaccine since I was a child in 1985.

  5. The bluetooth phenomenon that you speak of, according to what I’ve read, doesn’t work on Apple devices without downloading a certain app. It does work on the other android devices, supposedly. I would look into it a bit further before drawing any conclusions if you were really wanting to find out if it works.

  6. The engineering of this bioweapon is criminal. Everyone involved are criminals against humanity.

  7. NAC is n-acetyl cysteine, precursor to glutathione production. It sounds like you might still be trying to clear something or the injection gave you what was in it. Bovine colostrum (natures first immune defense), yogurt, kefir and whole fat mammal milk will detox/repair anything and this helps create gluthathione in all tissues which the aged lose ability to do. You can also add some local raw honey to this drink, of which one ability is superior anti oxidant. This drink will also give you much needed nutrition. If you can find and purchase kefir grains there in Italy and make your own kefir all the better. Best wishes.

    1. I may have low NAC levels since I do not eat dairy products for other health reasons. I will try NAC and see what benefit it has.

    1. Well other than sleep on my left side, I do not do or wear anything on the left, which I do not wear on the right.

  8. I know I shouldn’t but I can’t help myself. I CONFESS I am kinda obsessed with all things natural health Br. B. I will try to restrain myself and keep it simple as to what I do for my skin. Forgive me in advance 😂

    1. I will not drink anything but distilled water so I know that I won’t be ingesting any of that neurotoxin poison crap fluoride. I put 20 mule team borax in both my drinking water (a tiny pinch) and liberally in my bath to neutralize fluoride, and all sorts of other attendant health benefits DIRT CHEAP. I neutralize the chlorine with a little shake of the baking soda box into my bath, then Epsom salts to get some magnesium. And lately I’ve been incredulous about what I’ve learned about FGHP (food grade hydrogen peroxide) again DIRT CHEAP, a cup of 35% goes in that bath. Oh and I won’t touch that fluoride toothpaste either. You can brush your teeth with milk of mag (DIRT CHEAP). So, Br. spend 30 minutes or so in that bath and your skin will radiate glowing with life!

    2. I don’t wash my clothes in any of those toxic commercial laundry soaps, but I use 20 mule team borax and white vinegar. You can use a little FGHP in your laundry as well. You should also research about FGHP as in ingesting it (oh goodness am I talking about getting oxygen into the body without a killer ventilator? Oh yes!!!!

    3. I don’t use commercial skin soaps or shampoo, but some pine tar soap, works great!

    4. No commercial lotions! But some beef tallow, great source of “vitamin” d. Please don’t ever take that stuff Br. B it’s just as much of a scam as these death vaxx s. People don’t understand that the tests are bogus and they are taking incredible amounts that do absolutely nothing except great harm. “Vitamin” d is a hormone! Get some sun! Don believe these yahoos telling you that you’re deficient, when you’re not! They are testing for the inactive form not the active.

Oh dear I have been triggered and need to stop right here, because I could go on and on and on and you all will think I’ve done gone round the bend. I guess it’s possible 🤔🤭😂.

Long story short, I read til my eyes bleed, to solve my problems myself. I don’t trust the medical establishment anymore for anything. I drive 36 minutes to see a natural doc, and I don’t even agree with him sometimes. But at least he’s not trying to get me to take a statin ugh so there’s that.

    With much love and care,

    Teresa
