The United States is in compliance with its obligations under the Biological Weapons Convention and does not develop or possess such weapons anywhere. Russia has a track record of accusing the West of the very crimes that Russia itself is perpetrating.

Don’t believe something till it has been officially denied!
I am definitely not defending Russia.
But help me understand why we trust or believe anything the US State Dept. says?
Again..I am NOT supporting or advocating Russia’s claims.
At this point, who knows? Our government is not working for its people, and that is true for most of the big world governments. Lie to me once, shame on you. Lie to me twice..
