This is the border between Ukraine and Poland. On the Polish side, there are wheelchairs and strollers for children left for those in need. Polish border guards give leaflets to refugees from #Ukraine. They often help women with heave bags as well. It is really heartwarming pic.twitter.com/jhwpJMZ2mO
