  1. For us, having birthday on this day, this birthday has not been the same since this crime of Ukraine.

    2. My late mother was born on 9/11 in 1924.
      Devastating Hurricane Carla struck our hometown on 9/11 in 1961. We were without power for two weeks afterward, and we were knocking snakes off the back steps which were trying to escape the flood.
      My mother said that her birthdate was appropriate, as most of her life had been unfortunate.
      I hope she is now happy in Heaven.
