I think it is the other way around, there is a conspiracy to cover up ET activity and ufo crashes (live and dead ETs have been recovered).
No, no aliens have ever been recovered. However, humans and animals have been sent to high altitudes without pressurized cabins and when that happens members and organs become bloated, extended, expanded, and destroyed. And if you have not seen a depressurize gorilla ever, and were fed the DoD propaganda about aliens, you might conclude you saw an alien if you came upon some wreckage or a DoD saucer containing such a victim.
I read this pdf book sometime ago which details thr physical impossibility of ufo from a distant galaxy and how ufo experts actually think that ufo are actually physical manifestations of the diabolical.
