    in the world for many centuries in general, and in particular over the last two decades,
    and in the Church for at least the last six decades…….

    Deception, which creates
    Division or Disunity, which creates
    Distraction or Diversion, which creates
    Discouragement, the most dangerous threat to the spiritual life as it turns us away from GOD…….
    at which point there are only two options,
    Discipleship
    or Death!

    Discouragement = acedia = laziness/sloth e.g. “I don’t care anymore!”

  3. I was safer before when I can visit the Blessed Sacrament and have a Mass afterwards in Communion With Pope Benedict XVI.

    I was safer before when there are confessional boxes where I look at the Crucifix , the image of Christ Crucified because of my sins, than having a priest masked and on a glass screen and looking at me like having a counsel.
