The Cardinal’s argumentation is nearly Catholic, because while he cites every theological reason to adhere to the Apostolic See, he entirely omits any reference to the laws by which you know who is the true Pope and how to discern a false pope.
But evidently Vatican News is so concerned about this topic, that they ran this article, which otherwise would not be noteworthy. — Who are they trying to fool?
Well perhaps the faithful throughout the Portuguese speaking world. But they won’t fool anyone at Rome with this fluff piece, which in the present crisis is rather psychotic, because it denies the controversy of two popes in the Vatican.
You see, Cardinal Tempesta might have just a tiny-weeny personal reason for his excursus on loyalty to the Papacy, because Pope Benedict XVI denied him the Cardinal’s hat and the dignity of a Cardinal, but Bergoglio gave him a hat because he supports the revolution: a hat, only, because that is all that is within his power to give.

As a side note, it’s quite a fine circumstantial observation, that this clerics surname, “Tempesta”, is the Italian for a “thunder-storm”. The lightning began on Feb. 11, 2013, and it has been howling wind and rains ever since.
The bishops and priest chose apostasy to get a cardinalate in the Church of the BEAST which also correlates to the people that chose Death-Vaxx and Death-Mask to return to their daily lives, and believing a lie.
