Actually, it looks a bit more like the 1920s when the new USSR began gobbling up neighbors, but yes, it IS repeating. The Nazis are back, too,but failing to recognize it is they who ARE the Nazis, while accusing others of being that despicable party. That part would be laughable, if the actual modern Nazis were not just as hateful and deadly as those upon whom they are modeling themselves.
