Pls correct me if I’m wrong but the use of ‘milliard’ in the source article implies the use of the long scale.
The translate site function produces billions which would be correct if such is the case.

Sorry, as an English speaker I assumed they used Milliard as Million. It’s even worse then, I will correct the title…
