Hi Brother
Do you think Cardinal Télesphore Placidus Toppo will be the next cardinal promoted by the freemasons to be pope?
God forbid.
I think that if you are indifferent to the rite of the mass, like 99.9% of bishops and cardinals are. Anything else can be expected from them. If you do not care what is the best way (or the correct form) of the rite, to offer a sacrifice to God for the sins of man then you failed in your main duty, and you probably do not have faith and you end up doing foolish things.
I am increasingly convinced, that this is so. But even more than this, if you do not actually love God and fear offending Him, then as a priest you will only end up leading souls to hell, whether you pray in English or Latin. And alas, it is rare today to find such men.

If a bishop is a freemason before being consecrated, isn’t he ipso facto excommunicated when he became a freemason and so all priests ordained by him after he is a bishop not actually priests at all? And if there are many cardinals who are freemasons, who consecrate bishops who then ordain priests, would this not mean that a large proportion of the episcopate simply do not have holy orders?
Before 1917 there was a penalty of excommunciation, but it would only be imposed with certain documented knowledge of the fact of membership, which is nearly impossible to have. So it was a fake rule, introduced by Cardinal Gasparri in the new code of canon law in 1917. In 1983 that penalty was removed by JP2.
But in any case, even an excommunicated Bishop validly consecrates bishops, priests, and the Sacraments.
