Excellent program Br Bugnolo.
I would add that people need to be prohibited from owning more than 2 or 3 or 4 homes. At least where I live, housing is relatively scarce, and prices are exhorbitantly high, and this is one of the major difficulties young couples have in starting a family. If people didn’t use housing as a place to make money, then prices would be lower and young couples could buy their first house earlier in life.
Limiting how many homes one can own is socialism, John. But allowing affordable housing to be created is not possible in a society ruled by usury.
Isaiah 5:8
Woe to you who add house to house
and join field to field
till no space is left
and you live alone in the land.
