What is the “recieve doctrin on heresy.”?
The received doctrine is that a heretic (formal pertinacious criminal) ipso facto loses his office. Schneider holds that a heretic does not lose his office, and ignores that the Church has authority and duty to try heretics.
It seems to me that Pope Francis has tried
In so many ways to prove he himself is a heretic
( no hell and that pachimama sacrilege ) that I can’t
see how his orders should be obeyed unless
they conform to the pre council Magisterium …
