Actually this seems quite credible having already faked the introduction of disease X in the fall.
Br. Bugnolo, in your opinion, when saying “launched on the 17th”, do you interpret that as meaning that thr propaganda campaign would start in that day? Or that as of that day this “disease” is said to be officially “out there” and they start grounding planes and closing borders etc?
It’s the day of their scheduled conference. Launch, here, means publicize.
