Editor’s Note: I was shocked when I did a search on Google for ‘Vatican”, as the results came up. Not, the Holy See, not the Vatican City State, but “Francesco – La Santa Sede”, that is, “Francis – The Holy See”. Talk about a personality cult!
And you do not get results like that on Google, unless you have your Website re-coded and perhaps even pay Google something to boot.
Footnote for Catholics and non-Catholics alike: The Vatican Website (vatican.va) is not the personal home page of the Pope, nor is the Vatican City, the Personal Temple of the Pope. Things which are already out of control are clearly spinning way, way down a very deep and ugly vortex of egoism decorated with the grossest forms of boot-licking.
