  1. The revenge move against Milei was swift and venomous. Apparently Milei tweeted something praising a bitcoin-like venture called Libra. That venture flopped and Milei deleted the tweet apologizing for praising what looked like a clean operation but turned out to be bad. He was not invested in it and his praise was merely technical. Now the Peronists and others who are up to their eyeballs in malfeasance want to put Milei through an impeachment trial. We all see the cynical hypocrisy of that move. Milei committed no crime but they are all shrieking bloody murder and want Milei’s head in a plate. Verbal imprudence us not a crime (if you remember the famous “read my lips: no new taxes” dictum of the first Bush administration.) The people in Buenos Aires are seeing through this. May this blatant attempt at lynching be the trigger that sends Peronism into the dust bin of history. Lord hear our prayer, that pest has done more than enough damage.

  2. Another example of:

He who plays redeemer is very likely to end up crucified.

Argentina is sending Milei a thank you card for lowering inflation and bringing some common sense into government after 30 years of chaotic “democracy”.
