Editor’s Note: Every 12 hours the narrative about Pope Francis’ health changes. Now we are told that he was given a blood test and that it shows a slight improvement in combating “inflammatory” agents. So it does appear that he is suffering from a blood infection. And coupled with his gross amounts of water retention, the immediate suspect of cause is renal failure, that is a failure of the kidneys. — I speculated that this was the case days ago, since with both Pope Benedict XVI and Archbishop Ganswein having come down with this, I surmise that the water supply at the Vatican is detrimental to kidney health.
