USA: Trump appointee to Treasury, on 1st day, appeals to reinstate FINCEN regs

Commentary by Br. Alexis Bugnolo

Many have been won over by Trump’s first month of publicity warfare as president of the United States, as the great friend of the little guy and the enemy of corrupt government. But the truth in the details is turning out more and more to be just the opposite: with Trump calling for the conquest and ethnic cleansing of Gaza by the United States and most recently saying Ukraine started the war with Russia and that Ukrainians have no right to participate in peace talks or chose their own leader, and must break their own national laws and hold new elections during martial law, even though that would be impossible with 800,000 men on the front line and 6.5 million citizens in refugee situations outside of the country.

Likewise in the U.S.A. the narrative of Trump being the little guy’s savior has exploded overnight, when it was revealed that on his first day in office, the new Secretary of the Treasury, Scot Bessent, filed an appeal to the U.S. District Court in Texas, which had stayed for the life of the case against the U. S. Treasury, the obligations of all U.S. businesses of complying with the totalitarian FINCEN rule which demanded every company supply to the U.S. Government a nearly endless list of individuals who may in any way have a role in the running of each company, in total violation of the U.S. Constitution against its search and seizure rule protecting innocent citizens from Government intrusion.

Yesterday, that appeal was granted and the U.S. District Court removed its staying order, thus ‘requiring’ all businesses in the U.S.A. to comply once against with the FINCEN regulations.

This means that the Trump Administration definitely does have the intention of creating a legal pretext to arrest, confiscate, harass and obstruct every business in the U.S.A. for non compliance with the new FINCEN rule, because the rule itself is illogical and irrational, demanding very personal information from every “beneficial owner”, while defining “beneficial” and “owner” in a way that no English or European lexicon has ever defined them: namely, with “beneficial” meaning “employed” and “owner” meaning making any sort of important decision. So many persons in every company who are simply employees now have to give up their names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, copies of their driver’s license and passport, and update this information every 30 days if it changes, or else FINCEN can freeze the bank accounts of the corporation or business, ruin their credit or engage in outright harassment of these individuals by physical force. I won’t even mention that this information, once surrendered, puts all of these employees under constant surveillance by the U. S. government.

Ironically, this new authority of FINCEN was given them by the U.S. Congress for the purpose of obstructing money laundering and other financial crimes. But the law exempts all financial companies and those involved in financial transactions! Even though these are the people involved in most of the financial crimes. Why the U.S. Treasury was just discovered to have sent $2,700,000,000,000 Dollars to unknown recipients. But Trump wants to know where Ma and Pa who run the cafe down the street live, just in case it be discovered in some vague unknown future, that they were not selling coffee, pancakes and bacon, but were laundering money!

Here is the official notice from FINCEN, proving the above report.

For those who have learned not to allow themselves to be brainwashed by propaganda on social media or television, during the Plandemic, you can see where all this is going: total economic control of every transaction and total leverage to intimidate every citizen to comply with Agenda 2030.

HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUE

Once you hand over your personal information, under an illogical pretext, you are doing to your privacy rights, what was demanded you do of your health rights, when the Covid-19 Vaccine was demanded of you under threats of unemployment and social isolation. Those who do not think about what is going on cannot see the patterns. For this reason, I want to spell out the danger in complying with this FINCEN rule, though I am not a lawyer and have no training to qualify me to express an opinion other than my First Amendment free-speech rights, while they still last.

The lawsuit in the U.S. Federal District Court in Texas will most likely be won by the plaintiffs, because it is blatantly against the search and seizure clause of the U.S. Constitution, and their victory will overturn the FINCEN filing requirement. This does not mean that the nefarious characters who wanted your data will not use it or sell it or spirit it away, while claiming to have erased it. But it does mean that anyone obliged by this FINCEN regulation has a low legal risk for non-compliance, since when struck down, as a regulation, the non-compliance with it becomes automatically non-criminal.

But I think the Trump Administration knows this. It is just that their Globalist Masters want that information and are willing to play the long game of continually reinstating the obligation of compliance and reinstating the stay of the rule, to psychologically play U. S. citizens into compliance.

No human being has any obligation to a law which uses words incorrectly, for the very requirement that a law be an ordinance of right reason, means that such regulations as this FINCEN rule do not even fall under the category of a rule or obligation, but under a despotic evil tyranny. To want words to mean what legislators want them to mean is to want a government under Lucifer and in rebellion to God and all human tradition. To comply with such a demand is to sacrifice all your personal dignity on the altar of expediency in the name of cowardice.

Moreover, the U. S. Congress has no authority to establish laws in such matters since such an authority is expressly reserved to the States in the 10th Amendment. In other words, the entire FINCEN reporting regulation is pure juridical bunk, and any rational person who respects it becomes a fool.

I leave it to each reader to interpret what I say as you think best, and expressly deny that it is my intention to do anything here than to express my personal opinion. But I ask all those who still think Trump is the good guy, to start thinking coherently and unplug from the matrix of propaganda which he surrounds himself with and judge him as Christ told us, not by his words, but by his deeds.

With Globalist Censorship growing daily, No one will ever know about the above article, if you do not share it.

    1. Well, this is a step in the right direction. The Executive Branch does not have the authority to abolish the rule, but they need to also urge private corporations not to penalize those companies which do not observe it.
