RAI News Live Video from Gemelli Hospital, Rome

Editor’s Note: It is very significant that RAI News is broadcasting live from Gemelli Hospital right now (8 A M). This means that they expect important events or news today, and if they know more than we do, I expect it to be news that Pope Francis has died during the night. Click to watch the video. — Indeed, all the points now line up. On Feb. 18, it was reported that Pope Francis feared he was going to die. On Feb. 19, RAI NEWS at the Vatican was put on full alert. On Feb. 20, that the Swiss Guard was practicing his funeral. A lot more people seem to have known the truth all along.

UPDATE: 9:30 AM GMT +1

The recent Vatican Press release again emphasizes that the Pope slept well. But it also says that new blood tests show anew signs of anemia and low blood platelet count, and thus that he has been given new transfusions of blood.  — I would not call that a serene night. — The blood he received yesterday is going somewhere. If they keep pumping him with platelets, one would think that this would risk a blood clot. But I have no medical expertise to opine about this:

Will Pope Francis make it til, tomorrow, February 24th, the Feast in the Traditional Latin Mass Calendar for the Apostle Saint Matthias, the disciple chosen to replace Judas Iscariot after he went out and hung himself?

UPDATE: 10 AM, RAI News has ended its live broadcast from Gemelli and moved it to the Vatican for the Jubilee celebration of the mass for Deacons.

UPDATE: 1 PM — The Vatican Press altered its early morning report that Pope Francis had blood transfusions again this Sunday morning, and most MSM followed suit by republishing the news from yesterday. But Today.IT confirmed the FromRome.Info report above. Meanwhile, Vatican News has not denied the second round of transfusions, so it appears not to have been an error in reporting but a deliberate censorship of the news.

UPDATE: 3:30 P.M.

According to this report, Pope Francis had blood drawn for examination this morning, the results of the tests of which will be available this evening:

  1. He is suffering from DIC…Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation, whereby there is paradoxically bleeding out and clotting simultaneously. So you are correct about the risk of clotting. The only immediate treatment is repeated platelet transfusions, which are of almost no help, unless the underlying cause can be corrected. In the case of cause due to infection (sepsis), that treatment takes weeks or more, and trying to keep up with the bleeding and clotting is futile.
    DIC has a grave prognosis
