Editor’s Note: This article is from the Daily Mail, a liberal UK Publication. It’s obvious intent is to make Cardinal Burke seem despicable. But if you are a Catholic, the exact opposition reaction will be had. However, it is not a smear article and contains lots of photographs and important information in a lengthy summary of Burke’s public statements.
The article by the Daily Mail, however, appears all the more important, as the Masonic Press of Italy, urge the election of Cardinal Pizzaballa, OFM, Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, who was willing to give his life to save Jewish captives in Gaza. — I have personally known of Pizzaballa since 1996, when he was kind enough to send me in Latin, part of the writings of Saint Francis. I can assure the world, that he is a man who puts politics first, and the faith second: he would be the perfect stooge. The Italian Press says in fact that he is the perfect candidate to keep the revolution of Pope Francis going, and that means he is probably a Freemason himself.
However, what this article omits is perhaps the most crucial: because when Burke was Bishop of Madison, Wisconsin, he allowed a man, who had surgery to become a woman, enter a convent of nuns and profess vows. And if he be elected as the next Roman Pontiff, the press will undoubtedly crucify him for it.
This case is shrouded in a lot of mystery; in fact, over the years every attempt I have made to get to the bottom of it has been met with sealed lips and angry trolls. I think it may be that the man was born a hermaphrodite and had surgery to cut away part of his body, since he considered himself more a woman than a man. Yet, according to the Holy Office’s decision in the 17th century, hermaphrodites ought never be allowed to become nuns.
So, since I regard holy women virgins with the utmost respect, I cannot fathom the mind which would allow such thing to happen. Indeed, it makes me sick to even think of it again. Nor can I imagine how a Pope, having allowed such a thing, would survive the media storm.
Actually, Pizzabella didn’t come up with that selfless statement himself. A reporter asked him a loaded question “Would you offer yourself in exchange for a hostage?” To which he said “Sure”, as if he could answer any other way, lol.
He could have said, “Do you really think that would help? Especially since both Mossad and the CIA have funded Hamas, and knew of this attack a year in advance, and did nothing?” Or he could have said, “Why do you think one Catholic, who never killed a Palestinian or stole their property, would be accepted in exchange for one Jew?”
As a matter of fact years ago, when I asked Father Pizzaballa about restoring the observance of the Rule of Saint Francis — because both he and I are sons of Saint Francis — he told me he thought it was more urgent to help the muslim women in Afghanistan get educational opportunities.
Maybe I am too old fashion, or too modern, but I think a Pope needs to have a different focus on life.
So who would you pick for pope??
I am not going to pick. Just like in all the U.S. Elections for president, I never voted. I would only vote for a man I knew well, since I have seen too many disappoints, in Church and State.
Pizzabella needs to read John 8:43-47!
“PHARISEES”:
The Jewish religion as it is today traces its descent, without a break, through all the centuries, from the Pharisees.
Their leading ideas and methods found expression in a literature of enormous extent, of which a very great deal is still in existence. The Talmud is the largest and most important single member of that literature, and round it are gathered a number of Midrashim, partly legal (Halachic) and partly works of edification (Haggadic). This literature, in its oldest elements, goes back to a time before the beginning of the Common Era, and comes down into the Middle Ages. Through it all run the lines of thought which were first drawn by the Pharisees, and the study of it is essential for any real understanding of Pharisaism.
