USA: Zelenskyy and Trump get into shouting Match in Oval Office

Editor’s Note: The President of Ukraine showed that he is a better man than anyone in the room. He told President Trump to his face, that Vladimir Putin never keeps his promises. Which is the historical truth. — Trump graciously ended the disagreement by saying, it will make great TV watching.

I knew ahead of time that they would make no deal, since Trump cannot end this war: only the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary can do that. And that is the first duty of the next Pope. An Act which will give such glory to God as to astound the world, since it will result in the immediate withdrawal of Russia from this war. Everyone can have their opinions about this argument, but remember that the United States of America has no legal authority whatsoever to broker deals among nations; but she does have the duty to side with her ally of 20+ years. To do other wise is the sin of treachery, which is the worst sin against charity. The U.S. Population is 70%+ in favor of remaining the ally of Ukraine. Zelenskyy accurately represented the sentiments of his own people. I do not believe Trump did.

  1. From the second article:

GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, a close ally of Trump’s, in an appearance on Fox News said he told the president that the meeting with Zelensky was possibly the “best television” he’s ever seen. “I think that Moscow is more afraid than ever,” Graham said.

Given the cognitive disonance of this comment by Lindsey Graham It seems to me that he may also be in the pocket of the Russians.

      1. I said it sounds like sarcasm or irony, because the only other alternative is total insanity.

  2. Most of us seem to NOT understand what Trump is actually doing. Clue: the president of Ukraine is now in a difficult position that is in itself an element of negotiation. Trump can now ask him to rat on the missing money and the corrupt deals that led to the disappearance of the money Ukraine got from the US. The piece Trump wants is Joe Burden & Co. The idea is: in the end —if I am not mistaken— Trump will have his man and Putin will have Zelensky. DJT is a top notch negotiator. He has cornered Zelensky.

If DJT is a Russian asset I do not know but it looks to me that the US will get favorable mining contracts and will achieve a division of Ukraine to satisfy Moscow and also peace.

Zelensky was not prudent. He walked into a trap.

    1. I think rather that Zelensky entrapped Trump and caught him in his own snare. Now Trump has taken a major blow to his reputation and charisma.

      1. Yes, Trump and Vance’s bulling of Zelensky indicates that to be the case. Otherwise they would have been more calm

      2. All the Trumpers I know were delighted. I thought the office of the President was somewhat cheapened by the display but Trump supporters are delighted. Which is neither here not there. In terms of real negotiation, I think the winner was Putin. Trump will get what he wants: the head of JB in a plate by means of finding out where the missing money went.

I cannot understand why these was a public discussion given the delicate negotiations at hand.

I also cannot understand why Zelensky does not wear a suit and tie. That Captain Kirk look is not earning him any public opinion points. Short guys should not dress in black either. It makes them look like a dot at the end of the line.

      3. The president of Ukraine dresses in Military dress, to show that his country is at war.

      4. Trump wants a quick agreement trusting in his personal relationship with Putin, but Zelensky sees through this and wants the US to guarantee Ukraine’s security. The argument started when he questioned Trump’s inaction towards Putin during his first term since Crimea had been invaded in 2014.

  3. Isn’t it true that the J Bankers are controlling the narrative from both sides? I agree with John that they are all crisis actors. I didn’t vote.

  4. FOX NEWS – ZELENSKY RULES OUT APOLOGIZING: “No, I respect president and I respect American people,” he added. “And if I don’t know if I think that we have to be very open and very honest, and I’m not sure that we did something bad, I think maybe sometimes, some, some, some things we have to discuss, out of out of media, with all respect to democracy and to a free media but there are things that, where we have to understand the position of Ukraine and Ukrainians, and I think that is the most important thing.” (But, he is a fine comedian.)

  5. Roger Stone Calls For AG Pam Bondi To Launch A Criminal Investigation Into Democrat Leaders That Illegally Held A Shadow Diplomatic Meeting With Zelensky Hours Before The Infamous White House Confrontation In An Attempt To Derail Trump’s Peace Initiative

    1. If Trump’s proposal is a peace initiative, I wonder what one would call his sex trips to Moscow back in the 70’s and 80’s.

    1. I think “surrender” or “caves” is exaggerated. Zelensky has not given up his insistence for guarantees if an armistice is worked out. But the MAGA media have to claim a victory for Trump, because the meeting showed that Trump is not the savior of anyone, but himself, and negotiates like a slick israelite and not as a Christian.

In fact, Zelenskyy went to D. C. to sign the treaty, and they agreed to sign it. It was TRUMP not Zelensky who refused to sign the minerals deal, because he wanted to extort an armistice without guarantees from Ukraine.
