Report by Br. Alexis Bugnolo
The theatrics that the controlled media are going through, to discount the fake-looking photo of Pope Francis released on Sunday (see full image here) are outstanding if not predictable. In Italy, there was absolutely no discussion of “problems” with the photograph, until the English version of Vatican News rushed an explanation to print shortly after 7 P.M. Monday night — against prior claims there would be no updates on Monday on his medical condition.
But now that it has, we see in articles such as the one above from the Quotidiano Nazionale, where readers are told that detractors of Pope Francis are thinking incorrectly about the photograph and trying to put it in the worst light, when, rather, the photo proves Pope Francis’ ability to govern even during the most debilitating health moments of his life!
This is the worst kind of Peronist boot-licking that I have seen yet. — “Nothing to see here folks, move along!”
If there was nothing really significant to be seen in the photograph, there would be no need for articles to tell us how to think about it. Q. E. D..

The Grotesque Hand
Explanations are wanting
I am still waiting for someone to explain how such a grotesquely looking hand is a real human hand, and how the swelling in such a hand could completely disappear in the space of 24 hours. And what would be the cause of such swelling in a hand which allegedly belongs to man who has underwent mobility therapy for the last week. — Perhaps I am stupid, but I don’t buy it.
There is also the problem with the dimensions of the hand. A human hand is much larger that what we seen in the photograph, for a full grown man as Pope Francis.
Also, as one anonymous commentator at FromRome.Info accurately observed, there is some sort of bruising on the wrist of the withered hand, which as of yet has no explanation.
Problems with the Photograph are objective ones
Again, the problems in believing the photograph is real, and not AI generated, are multiple, not just the groteque inhuman hand, as I detailed yesterday. But it seems that Vatican News and the MSM are focusing on that, as if the other issues would ipso facto disappear.
In fine, even though FromRome.Info was first to raise doubts about the authenticity of the first alleged photograph of Pope Francis, while in hospital, major Italian Newspapers knew something was very wrong with the hand, as they modified their original articles 4 hours later to remove the part of the photograph which showed the inhuman looking hand, as can be seen from this article at Il Messagero, in its time stamps, where they followed the lead of Vatican News, in re-publishing only a truncated image. Google also has a plethora of versions of the same image, most with the truncated image or that part of the image covered over with text.
Indeed, in a separate blog-like article, Il Messagero added its observation of the numerous problems with the photograph being taken at face value, as an actual picture of Pope Francis:
“The day after the first photograph of Pope Bergoglio, condemned to a month of invisibility due to illness, is a mixture of contrasting feelings, fueled also by some details that have not escaped the eyes of liturgists. For example, the glass of water with a straw left on the altar, the stole worn backwards, the mass robe that looks more like a sheet than a liturgical garment.” (Source, HERE)
Seeing that it has been claimed that Pope Francis’ 3 priest-secretaries are with him constantly, it is simply NOT credible that none of them saw to it to place the stole, correct side up, upon the Roman Pontiff for a concelebrated mass. Not. At. All. Credible!
Vatican News is not acting like they are telling us the truth
At the time the Vatican could have simply issued a medical explanation, but they waited 24 hours to “cook up” the swollen hand explanation. That’s a really long time to respond with such an “easy” medical explanation. It sounds to me, who studied anthropology, like the amount of time for troubled consciences to cook up a truth-sounding lie as a cover-story for simple minds.
Nagging Questions/Rumors from previous weeks now return with a vengeance
I am beginning to understand why, after 31 days, Gemelli Hospital has not disclosed the names of anyone on Pope Francis’ medical team. I used to think its was simply discretion, but now I see that it is reasonable, quite reasonable, to think that it is because there is no medical team caring for Pope Francis, because cadavers do not need them. This would also explain why among all the 10s of thousands of photographs a photographer could have taken of the Pope, we get only this strange photograph with the withered inhuman appendage, as we did on Sunday Night.
It also would explain why, even after recent claims of improvement, no Cardinal or personage from the outside of Pope Francis’ adoring inner circle has seen or been invited to visit Pope Francis to verify that he is still alive.
And no, I am not publishing conspiracy theories, I am just commenting on a widespread belief at Rome, which others are witness to:
The Globalist Network is on edge over this photograph
But Dr. Malone’s observation about motivation does not apply to the Vatican inner circles. What Pope Francis’ regime is most terrified of, is the Great Catholic Reset, and there is no doubt that they would do everything to prevent that from happening. And the easiest way to forestall that is to keep Pope Francis alive for as long as possible, no matter in what sense “alive” is taken.
And, indeed, as the Italian journalist, Andrea Cionci warned more than a week ago, the formerly USAID funded Main Stream Media has already prepared to launch the narrative of “coup d’etat” and “schismatic” against any possible successor of Pope Francis who rains on his 12 year long heretical parade of absurdities, scandals, crimes and cover-ups, as can be seen from this editorial from The Guardian, in the United Kingdom:

I can’t believe the times in which we are living. Scandals everywhere. If he is still alive it would be a miracle after dealing with such a similar situation in my own family and seeing how quickly it led to her demise. Now i know we don’t have the medical team any where near what the Pope has but medical science can only do so much and I believe the vaccines had a lot to do with my family members rapid demise. God rest her soul.
Looking at his face, it seems that his right eyelid is open at least.
His gaze appears to be towards the top sunflower, but could be to the base of the small crucifix on the altar.
I have no explanation for the grossly deformed “hand”, nor of the apparently sloppy – if not deliberately disrespectful – attempt to vest him for Mass.
However, bruising of hands in hospital is quite common, given that peripheral intravenous cannulas are most frequently inserted on the back of either or both hands. That alone should not cause significant bruising if done correctly, but increases the risk of bruising, as does spending weeks in bed with limited or no meaningful exercise. I do not get the impression that he would be a particularly careful or obedient patient, so may be prone to fiddling with the cannula, contrary to instructions to leave it alone.
When I had to have an emergency gall bladder removal surgery in I think the 7th grade which is middle school in the United States and I’m prone to sleep on my side, even more so now with the lumbar shunt in my back, I happen to do so in the hospital but fell right to sleep as I always do when I lay on my side, well the IV fluid needle came out of the area it was to be in and went just under the skin to where my arm was that bloated, they got it fixed and water drained off. But that with his fingers, fake.
