DESCRIPTION OF LIVE FEED BROADCAST AT NOON: Vatican News showed a man resembling Pope Francis for about 5 seconds only. And they turned the camera off. The man appeared in a wheel chair dressed in the soutane of a Roman Pontiff, on the balcony of the 5th floor. He waved to the crowd and gave a blessing. He seemed incapable of raising himself or moving his torso. His right hand was entirely different from the grotesque appendage shown 7 days before in the alleged photograph of Pope Francis in chapel. In fact, today the hand was so much a normal hand that it was sporting a ring on one of the fingers. The face of the man had a very haggard look to it and was much less bloated than images of Pope Francis’ face before he went to Gemelli Hospital.
On the ground, there was one tightly packed crowd, due to lack of space for pedestrians. And the Vatican News camera paused frequently on the faces of the men who appeared to be homosexuals, for emphasis or out of vicious reasons.

I will let my readers decide for themselves, who this man is, that is why I have written this report in the manner I have.
UPDATE: RAI at 14:00 published a full video of the entrance and presence of the man on the balcony here, where it is clear that he cannot raise his right arm, nor move his torso. Indeed, there are robots which have more range of motion than he has. — It could be that his right shoulder has been dislocated from some fall. That would also explain the swollen hand seen 7 days ago.
However, the most comical aspect of RAI’s report is that the reporter they chose to cover the event, was Sara Nesci, which means “Princess, you don’t know” (anything).
The Comical Passage of the White Car from Gemelli
RAI News (images below taken from live feed published at linked report above) is reporting that Pope Francis immediately entered a white car and is now heading to the Vatican. (see white car), but they were not sure. In fact, when the white car arrived at the south gate of the Vatican City, near the hotel Santa Marta, it could not enter because the Italian Police failed to block the traffic and none of the cars in the traffic on the Vatican side of the street was willing to get out of the way to allow the white car enter!
So the cortege changed course and headed to Santa Maria Maggiore.
This is very strange, because the Italian Republic is obliged by treaty to guarantee the transportation of the Roman Pontiff within its territory. It has military powers to clear streets to the Vatican. But they entirely failed to even prepare for the white car to renter the Vatican? It does not make sense, if it was truly the Pope.
The RAI announcers confirmed that if the white car intended to go to Santa Maria Maggiore it would not have taken the road which leads to the south gate of the Vatican.
The man dressed as the Pope did not get out of the car in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. The car did pause there, at the entrance check point, but shortly backed up and drove around the other side of the Basilica, to enter the fenced off parking, and there, also paused to let the man out of the car, but he did not get out. Then the car re-maneuvered to enter the Basilica’s underground garage, and was not seen again, for the moment.
So in all, we were never shown whether this man could stand on his own, nor even if he has legs to stand with.
RAI subsequently reported that the man visited the image of Our Lady Salus Populi Romani, and then returned to Santa Marta at the Vatican, but published no video to support these claims.
