Commentary, Criticism and News Summary by Br. Alexis Bugnolo
Silere non Possum is an Italian website, which sports the name, “I cannot be silent”. It is published by Marco Felipe Perfetti, a Roman lawyer. At the beginning they talked about problems in the Church, of which no one was speaking but needed to speak about. But in recent years they have become inveterate protectors of Jorge Mario Bergoglio and his agenda.
In the above article they psycho-analyze those who read and publish opposition to the dominant Narratives of our day, and conclude that these people are narcissistic. (Click the image above to read an English translation by Google)
Then, they attempt to smear this classification upon everyone who entertained some doubts about the news Vatican News was publishing in regard to Pope Francis’ 38 day stay at Gemelli Polyclinic.
This article, obviously, does not deal with facts, but diatribes. It claims to identify the source of the rumors that Pope Francis was dead. And calls that man dishonest.
But for the Silere non Possum, there is no consideration of anything else, not even of other opinions about the problems with the information being released.
This is obviously an article which normally I would not even repost, but I chose to so that a public record can be left as to the distinction between true “conspiracy theories”, that is, those which are pure theories and not founded on truth, and authentic criticism of the narrative the public is being fed, on account of the internal and objective inconsistencies in what is being claimed.
Silere non Possum is screaming into the night about the problem people have in considering other explanations than what they are told by the Main Stream Media. Do many people fall for the wild non-factual based opinions out there? Yes. But does that mean that we should all shun every opinion that does not kow-tow to the accepted narrative? Obviously not.
Silere non Possum’s argumentation is juvenile and subjective, and is not worthy of honest journalism. They even used a leader (the title of their article) to deceive their readers, calculating that it would get the most likes and favs and shares, which is the precise kind of narcissism which they denounce in their article.
Oh, well!
The real opposition narrative is the true one
Because unless Mr. Grana, Pope’s own biographer is to also be called a “conspiracy theorist”, who said to Rome Reports, that Pope Francis was taking high doses of cortisone in a drip, directly into his blood, for months previous to his hospitalization, on account of which he nearly died several times before being hospitalized, on account of the elevated blood-sugar levels that this caused. And that 38 days in the hospital were necessary to restore him back to a modicum of health, not primarily to cure his lung infection which was only caused itself by the cortisone weakening his immune system (as il Mattino confirmed about 2 P.M. March 23). And that the mushy non substantial daily reports from the Vatican News service were aimed and shifting the focus to his lung health, as the cover for his drug abuse.
But Silere non Possum cannot speak of that, because they are fully capable of “silere” when they “volunt”.
Oh, yeah, and the “Fake Photo” was staged on the spot apparently because the U.S. Bishops’ Conference was willing to pay big for any photo of Pope Francis in hospital. As for the grotesque hand, who knows, but seeing that it appeared from Pope Francis’ balcony debut at Gemelli on Sunday, March 23, that he has dislocated his right shoulder, that would be sufficient explanation for a grotesquely bloated hand. As for those, like myself, who, given no explanation at all, said it was or looked like AI generated image, since AI cannot reproduce human hands in all their proportions: what else could they do but speculate in this way, since the Vatican News has never given any such explanation, not even to this day!? Because in truth, the hand does look AI generated, and decidedly not human.
In short, Silere non Possum has sided with those involved in “publicity abuse”: which I define as the manipulation of information to conceal the truth, in such wise, as the public loses all trust in the source of the information and must resort to speculations.
And to blame the victims of publicity abuse on the victims, rather than on the abusers, is really the cherry-on-top-of-the-cake of a dictatorial propaganda machine.
In related, news, Lortica.it published a list of what they call the craziest conspiracy theories in recent weeks, about Pope Francis. They must spend a lot of time on silly websites, but now feel impassioned to attack, now that Pope Francis has returned to the Vatican, because, I guess, they had doubts like nearly everyone else did, lately (Click the image below to read an English translation by Google):
