Editor’s Note: Catholics go to VaticanNews.com for news about the Vatican. But VaticanNews.com is striving instead to please all those who hate the Church from the Left. So it has decided to publish a “homily” for today’s Gospel …
- Written by a woman – though she has no office or munus in the Church to preach,
- With a surname, Kraska, which means “crow”, the familiar of witches
- With a surname, Kraska, which is possibly of Ashkenazi origin
- In the format of a eulogy, not a homily
- Full of political rhetoric of the kind, “he did not just talk about mercy, he embodied mercy”
Having grown up in the U.S.A. where you cannot not know of how female protestant preachers attempt to preach, it is clear to me that VaticanNews.com is striving to check off all the boxes of liberal authenticity, with this “Sunday Gospel Reflection”. I would not be surprised, therefore, that it might come to pass that we learn that Jenny Kraska is transgendered, lesbian or even a non-Christian. But I hope not.
This one is on Cardinal Parolin. By allowing Jenny’s meditation be printed on the front page, he has disrespected all the Clergy in the Church, who not only know better how to preach, but actually have been commissioned by Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit to do so.
This is what Archbishop Lenga means by “all the Cardinals appointed by Bergoglio are heretics”.

If Bishop Lenga were to lose his office, it would be for the glory of God.
Well, he is already retired. Someone in the Vatican forced his retirement at age 60 and no one ever explained why.

it seems that a raven is not a roller even though the greek origin of the species name and the ancestry.com entry (“of the crow family”, which seems untrue) tell otherwise

she’s a church lobbyist
https://www.mdcatholic.org/about/
with a munus for the local “catholic conference”, who “attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn., where she graduated with a double major in Catholic studies and theology with a minor in Latin”, “continued her graduate studies at St. Thomas where she earned her Doctor of Law degree and a master’s degree in Catholic studies”.
Thank you. So she is a political lobbyist for the U. S. Bishops? That is even worse. And with a failed record in Colorado. That’s just what Pope Francis would approve of!
BTW, you misused the Latin word “munus”. And your attempted argument from biological classifications is invalid, since it is what Kraska signifies, not what it means biologically, that matters.
