Editor’s Note: The constant chorus refrain by the Main Stream Media, world-wide, “the Pope is getting better, slowly”, is broken by the honest reports of facts which show that this is not the case. The above report (click image to read in original English), says Pope Francis was so frail that a media-equip prepared to record his voice for the Sunday Angelus, was sent away from his residence after waiting for some time, because Pope Francis did not feel well enough.
Yet, on March 23, 2025, he was shown to the crowds at the Gemelli Polyclinic, from an open air balcony, and gave a short salutation via microphone. Why can he not do that now?
And this second report (click the image below) from Afghan Voice Agency, admits 3 things that no other news source has admitted: Pope Francis can barely walk, now; that one medical professional has stated that after release from hospital he seems 5 years older than when he entered. Moreover, that there are doubts by medical experts that he will ever recover:

As the papal see now appears to be fully impeded, how long will it take for the Cardinals to act in accordance with Canon Law and convene another conclave……?

An impeded see does not establish a condition whereby Canon Law or any other particular law authorizes the College of Cardinals to call a conclave. But it does allow the Bishops of the Province of Rome could call a provincial council, declare him non commpos mentis, a heretic, or without valid claim to the papacy. In the last two cases, then they could declare the see vacante and order the Cardinals to hold a conclave.
Thanks for clarifying. The Bishops of the Province of Rome, then, hold the “keys” to ‘unlock’ this scenario just as they also have had the authority to go ahead with “The Sutri Initiative” which you have been publicizing for the last 18 months.
Let us fervently pray that there are enough courageous shepherds with the requisite fortitude and care for the Church and its worldwide flock[s] – to call a provincial council without further delay……?!
