Editor’s Note: I publish this video to make known to my readers the chivalrous Spaniard, who gave me shelter the night after I was kidnapped by the State Police in Santiago de Compostela, beaten, stripped and kept in solitary confinement for 10 hours, without food or water, in August of 2022 A. D..
After being released through the intercession of a public defender, I was very disorientated and in shock. And after eating at a restaurant, sat in a public plaza and after sometime started asking by-passers where I could stay, and in that way, though I cannot remember exactly, I came to met Ronaldo, who was eager to help me after hearing what happened to me.
Ronaldo Rivera, the man on the right of the screen — to the left of the host — is that noble-hearted Catholic, who despite having a family, and living in a one room apartment, gave me shelter, when no one in town would, because of fear of the police.
I was grabbed by the police after entering the Basilica of Saint James without a mask, even though the requirement to wear a mask was abolished a month prior in all of Spain. The Basilica security team, part of a subsidiary of The Pinkertons, physically assaulted me in a most violent manner. And when I excoriated one of their guards for violating my rights, he urged his female colleague to falsely accuse me of assault, and they called the police.
I wish to thank also, the readers of FromRome, who helped me pay my legal costs in that case. I wrote about this in September of that year.
