Editor’s Note: There is a movement afoot in Australia to de-legitimize the Catholic Church’s ownership of property, in the name of native rights.
In Countries such as Canada and the United States, Europeans engaged in the conquest, purchase and sale of properties owned by native tribes and nations, conducted through treaties agreed upon by both parties. The basis of land ownership in these two countries has a complete legal history, because the natives had concepts of territorial rights and fought to defend their land claims. Indeed, North American native tribes had been at work for millennia among themselves over land rights, which they called “hunting rights” more commonly.
But in Australia, the natives had no territorial concept of land rights, and fought no wars with Europeans to own specific peaces of land. Rather, their concept was usage rights. And conflicts over usage rights do not result in wars which are ended by treaties, because argument over use does not presuppose that either side has an absolute right to proprietorship. Even, the name “Australian Frontier Wars“, as can be seen in the Wikipedia Article, refers to conflicts over use between native populations and English settlers, not over property between the British colonial governments and native tribes with concepts of territorial jurisdiction or land borders.
This is why it is anachronistic to say that Europeans “stole” the land of natives. When the natives allowed the land to be used by Europeans and retreated from their settlements, they legally granted that land to Europeans by reason of customary right, that is tacit acquiescence.
But the Masons who are ever at work to undermine Christian civilization ignore all this and have allowed a native commission to be set up to accuse Christian Churches of “stealing” land: a totally anachronistic claim. Because if the Europeans stole land, then the natives also stole it when they came to Australia, and each “native peoples” stole it when they took it from previous owners, so no one would have a valid claim to it.
But that is not how jurisprudence or right reason works. Once you allow what you used to be used by others, you have granted it, even if, you do not take it back because you had no interest or thought you would not succeed. So, now, more than 150 years later to claim that it was “stolen” is just as absurd as it is a lie.
So having convinced Christian Churches “to confess they own stolen lands” the logical consequence follows: paying reparations or giving it back. And that is the Masonic end game.
Notice how there is no mention of Masonic Lodges stealing the land upon which they are built!
This commission is ignoring the real crime, how the Australian government forced them to take the DeathVaxx so as to gain control over the mineral rights to lands which the native peoples now own by Australian property law. That land is worth 1000 times as much. But there is no commission about that!
