Kalingrad was a former portion of the German owned Prussia. At the end of World War II Marxist Democrat Harry Truman and Winston Churchill betrayed all of Eastern Europe to the Soviets. The Soviets occupied Kalingrad to gain an ice free port on the Baltic Sea vs their other Naval Base at Leningrad/Saint Petersburg. Technically Kallingrad exclave would belong to Poland. But, Globalist stabbed Catholic Poland in the back for the sake or the Soviet Marxist found by Vladimir Lenin (whom was never a Russian hiding under an assume name).
