Editor’s Note: As far as I know, this is the first case, where a priest, Father John Mary Foster, who asserts that Pope Francis is not the pope, but a usurper, is to be tried before an Ecclesiastical Tribunal. In all other cases, Bishops have taken the administrative procedure of simply declaring the fact of schism and the penalty of excommunication latae sententiae according to canon 1364. — I hope the priest can find a savvy canon lawyer, since from what little information is available in this article, most of the charges against him can be easily refuted by published documents.
As for heavenly messages revealing from God that Pope Francis is a usurper, I think God knew that before April of 2025 — I am being sarcastic — because readers of FromRome.info knew that since November of 2019. Thus, since FromRome.Info is not more omniscient than God, if anyone gets a “message from God” reveling this, I would seriously doubt that it is from God. I would also doubt that it is from an Angel, because Angels do nothing without reason, and an Angel could easily say, “Sutri Initiative“! — I say this with a lot of humor, because I really do not want to find fault, only to point out the ridiculous nature of such a “revelation”, when God, who never deigns to do in Person, what He can do through inferiors, is alleged to have personally acted.
This reminds me of the woman or nun in Colombia, who after Pope Benedict XVI passed from this life, claimed he had appeared to her, insisting that he was the last pope and the end of the world was near. The preposterous nature of the claim was only rivaled by the number of Catholics who believed it, simply because they did not want to admit their own personal responsibility in not supporting Catholics at Rome elect Pope Benedict XVI’s successor. Nay, they did not even support warning the Cardinals to act. — So guilty consciences unwilling to face up to their responsibility in such a grave negligence after months or years of publicly asserting Pope Benedict XVI was the true pope, took refuge in a fake heavenly message, to soothe their narcissistic habits of mind. And with the memory of such a ridiculous message forgotten, a week later, return to their grifting on the scandals of Pope Francis.
Don’t get me wrong: I am not faulting this priest. I know well that many know the truth, but never had the charity to tell this priest. And will the stress of all the shocking things Pope Francis has done, he grasped for anything available.

It should be noted that the term “usurper” was conveyed in a message from God the Father to a nun, Sr Ampola, who was located at the Mission of Divine Mercy, just north of San Antonio, TX. Fr John Mary simply read the transcribed/translated message as directed by God to all the clergy and faithful, on their YouTube after being rebuffed by San Antonio Archbishop Gustavo Siller.
At no time did the Archbishop ever convene an investigation of the alleged messages to determine if they were authentic or not. No, it appears someonewants these messages silenced and discredit the messengers.
Merriam Webster definition of Usurper:
a) one who seizes and holds office, power, position, etc., by force or without right
b) one who takes the place of another by or as if by force
c) one who takes or makes use of something without right
All three definitions seem to apply to Jorge Bergoglio’s current situation.
1) St Galen Mafia , led by Cardinal Daneels, and others, violated the rules of the Apostolic Constitution Universi Domine Gregis by scheming to put Jorge Bergoglio as next pope. UDG , govern papal conclaves, And by their politicing before hand, rendered the election of Bergoglio null and void and the Cardinal conspirators automatically excommunicated
2) Benedict 16th forced abdication ( as you well have articulated here on fromrome.info) was defective and invalid, therefore he remained Pope)
3) Bergoglio assuming control of Chair of St Peter, thereby becoming an anti Pope* by his illegal installation.
* Once Benedict 16 died, we had a true sede vacante and a new conclave to elect a new Pope should’ve been held to oust anti Pope Bergoglio and elect a valid Papal successor.
