But when the Cardinals hear where the Earthquake was centered, the fear of God should descend upon them, because it’s epicenter was in San Cesareo, a town named after Saint Caesarius of Terracina, who was a deacon of the Church of Rome, during the time of the Flavian Emperor Trajan, and who is venerated in the City of Rome at the Church of San Cesareo, on the Palatine Hill. This Saint was a martyr, who while he was being held prisoner by the Roman authorities at Terracina, where his boat wrecked, by his prayers he caused the temple of Apollo to fall down killing the Roman Governor who had arrested him for refusing to sacrifice to Apollo, the patron god of that city!
