I won’t even mention how it was than in 45 minutes he wrote such a long speech, not having any idea that he would be elected. But his delivery of it makes it clear that he did not write it, he does not believe in it, he has to force emotions to proclaim it, and that his delivery was totally unconvincing. It was like asking an Atheist to read a homily.
