Archbishop Fernandez by publishing ‘Fiducia supplicans”, a document containing many doctrines contrary to what the Church has always believed, pertinaciously professed formal and manifest heresy, and fell under the censure of Canon 1364, latae sententiae excommunication, and thus in virtue of Canon 1331, §1 has lost all right to celebrate the Sacraments or exercise any munus or ministerium in the Church. Likewise all Bishops who approved of this document in any way, including Cardinal Prevost, incurred latae sententiae excommunication and can exercise no munus or office in the Church.
The “Dicastery” of which Fernandez is the prefect, has no legal existence in the Catholic Church, since it was created by Pope Francis, while Pope Benedict XVI still lived. — And as I said back then, all such institutions at the Vatican would become instruments of the Church of the Antichrist. We are now seeing this happen in live time, but most Catholics have not yet woken up to see it, or if seeing it, have not yet unplugged from the emotional control of the Globalist matrix of mass psychological formation to react to these facts.
BTW, what is the “sexual orientation” of those who flip-flopped and are now praising Prevost for every gesture he makes. I know that is what gay clergy do, but what about Catholic social media influencers? But I cannot imagine why any normal person would want to be in communion with these perverted heretics.

Is there any indication of the heritage of Cd Fernandez? The followers of the Talmud have no reservations about casting blasphemies at Our Lord. Why would a priest do that ? It makes no sense , unless he is a follower of the enemies of Christ . Has anyone checked his background ?
I do not know, but perversion is by no means the monopoly of one ethnicity, though I admit, writing porn novels about Jesus with a minor girl is beyond merely sexual perversion, and indicates a deep hatred of Jesus Christ of the kind you find only in the Talmud.
