Seasonal fires were expected from time to time. Now the fires are happening in a way that they cause major expenses and inconvenience. When one looks at fires that start under clear skies in days of normal temperature … one has to be suspicious. Additionally, fire-starting paraphernalia has been found often. It’s a cheap weapon. Let the bad guys come in and move around freely and they will find a way to wreak havoc in the communities.
