Russia tried in 1939 prior to WWII with an invasion of Finland, only to repulsed by the tough Finns. Thus, pushing Finland into the Lap of Nazi Germany. When the Nazis invaded in June,1942 the Finns joined in to attack Russia pushing within miles of city of Leningrad and joined the Nazi’s in what turned out to be a very long siege with many innocent dying from cold and starvation.
So, History as a way of Repeating itself. As 1939 has taught those with a brain, Russia will just push Finland and Sweden further into the Arms of NATO.
