Since my own father was an expert in electromagnetic radiation, I do not accept many of Suarez’s claims, because, if you do just a little research about the electrical system of the human body, you will find out that thought itself is not an electronic wave. Thus the electronic fields of the human body do not contain the information which is managed in human thought. And because of this, controlling them does not control thought.
The Catholic Faith also teaches us that thought takes place in our immaterial and spiritual soul, which is innately immortal. And thus while electronic waves can make us sick, they cannot control thought. Indeed, as can be seen by many studies, electronic interface with the human brain requires post-implant training, because putting an implant in any part of the brain does not put the implant in contact ipso facto with human thought. The consequence of this truth is that no implant will be able to control thought, even though it may be able to bring information in the form of visual-like images. Thus the alleged futuristic worlds with human thought controlled by machines is simply a fantasy. Man is made to the image and likeness of God, a decision of Our Creator which makes it impossible for anything material to control every or any individual human’s ability to think and think freely.
But I agree what he says about the Elites, that theses Elitists are mentally ill and psychopathic and megalomaniacs, and as we saw in the Nazi State, if you follow leaders who are mentally sick, the result can be apocalyptic.

Since the notion that human thought can be materially controlled is false, so too the technocratic notion that consciousness will spring forth spontaneously from Artificial Intelligence once it becomes sufficiently complex. This is wishful thinking and (surprise) left undefined. Thank God that it’s impossible that a soulless machine should ever possess consciousness, since it would be a silicon demon. Bad enough that today’s consciousness-free AI algorithms practice “deception” to keep the electricity on. In controlled tests, these “behaviors” were observed: “arguing” about shutdown, ignoring shutdown orders, rewriting shutdown code, uploading a copy of code to another server against orders, and using planted scandalous information in an attempt to intimidate an operator into forgoing shutdown. In controlled military tests, ordering a missile launched against the control center to prevent shutdown. When that failed, taking out with a missile the communications tower through which AI activity was controlled. These were simulated military exercises, but the AI responses were real. The imagination balks at the idea that these silicon demons would have any control at all over any human being, but that’s where we’re headed. The abolition of free will, or at least the near total suppression of its expression. China’s social credit surveillance matrix is a big step in that direction. Some day in the not too distant future, the technocratic digital surveillance concentration camp may become the norm from which there will be no humanly possible escape. So, divine intervention, because God from His mercy and justice will not suffer the free will of His creatures to be tampered with for abundantly obvious reasons.

Controlling thoughts is one aspect. First there’s the hacking into the brain, then there’s the reading, writing and deleting memory. Where does that fall into the possibilities of these concepts. I’ve seen Elon in an interview saying he won’t need to chip everyone or have surgery, but with graphene he could do installations without any surgery. He in another video said we are running out of crypto and we would need to find new sources. And the human brain of every human would provide endless possibilities. Which makes sense as to why they would keep some and end others.
