My Advice to the next Pope

By Br. Alexis Bugnolo

The “Save Rome Project“, of which I have often spoken and which the readers of FromRome.Info are generously supporting, will have consequences beyond merely having a Catholic as the Pope in Rome. Indeed, from the moment he accepts his election — if he be a Bishop — he will assume a most heavy burden to save the Church from the most diabolic and satanic war against Her that has ever been launched in the history of the Church, precisely because so many Catholics have been duped into thinking all is well in the last 12 years or in the last 65 years.

So, as I think of these things, I want to list what comes to my mind regarding what I would ask the new Catholic Pope to do as soon as possible, so as to help all Catholics realize the great benefits that will come from having a Pope to restore the Church and free Her from the Masonic web of illusion that has been cast over Her since Vatican II. —  For a comparison with the agenda of many others, read my short article on, “The True Spirit of Trad Inc.“, which I wrote on February 19, 2020, about one month before the lockdowns.

A Monumental Agenda for the new and Catholic Pope

  1. To clarify that the laws of the Church must be observed, since this is the declared and revealed will of Jesus Christ expressed many times, as recorded in the Gospels, and that therefore
    • Pope Benedict XVI was the true pope until death, since he never renounced the petrine munus,
    • That therefore Jorge Mario Bergoglio’s election in March of 2013 had absolutely no canonical effect and he obtained absolutely no right to govern the Church thereby or by any passive or active acquiescence of Bishops or the Faithful
    • That the Cardinal Electors participating in his election in 2013 merit to be excommunicated and reduced to the lay state for their treachery to Jesus Christ, Pope Benedict and the Church.
    • That consequently all the acts of the antipope Francis, from March 13, 2012, to the death of Pope Benedict XVI on Dec 31, 2022 are null, void, invalid and of no effect, whether they be juridical or magisterial.
    • That the teachings of Pope Francis are heretical and blasphemous and are wholly to be condemned even in all of their parts.
    • That the election of Cardinal Prevost is null, void, invalid, irritus and confers not right upon him.
    • That the Cardinal Electors who participated in the Conclave of 2025 merit to be excommunicated and reduced to the lay state if they do not repent.
    • That the China Accord is null and void
    • That the alterations in the Code of Canon Law after Feb. 28, 2013 are null and void and are to be considered never to have been made.
    • That the reform of the Roman Curia perpetrated by Pope Francis is invalid, null, void, and to be considered never have been effected, and that therefore all the decrees of the Dicasteries and other organs he erected or changed are null, void, invalid and are to be considered never to have been made.
    • That all the decisions of the Apostolic Signatura and Roman Rota from Feb.. 28, 2013 to the Death of Pope Benedict XVI are null, void, invalid, and to be considered never to have been made.
    • That the clergy in every diocese have the right to refuse as their Bishop, any man appointed by Bergoglio before January 30, 2023 or Cardinal Prevost.
    • That in the Church no one is obliged to accept as having the same obligation as an infallible document, the ordinances contained in a pastoral document, because there are only two kinds of valid Councils, disciplinary or dogmatic, and thus that the documents and decrees of Vatican II are to be considered as not obliging upon anyone and incapable of being the cause or reason for any alterations in Catholic Faith, Liturgy or Discipline.
    • That all the clergy who accept the above return to communion with the Apostolic See by rejecting Prevost’s claim to be the Pope.
    • That all the clergy who wish to collaborate with the Apostolic See in this work of the Great Catholic reset apply to the Apostolic See of the new Catholic Pope for faculties.
  2. To invite all Bishops who agree with such a declaration to come to Rome and receive the embrace of the Apostle Peter in the person of the Catholic Pope.
  3. Consecrate and appoint 5000 or more new Catholic Bishops, consecrated in the old Rite and send them to every place on earth to guarantee the faithful have access to the Sacraments, authorizing them to open seminaries and ordain clergy.
  4. To reinstitute the minor orders and encourage men in every parish to receive them up to the grade of Acolyte.
  5. To abolish the law of Paul VI requiring Bishops to retire at 80 for those Bishops who recognize the new Catholic Pope.
  6. To republish the Bull of Pope St. Pius V, Missale Romanum, reinstituting the ancient rites and breviary to the form they had in 1950.
  7. To forbid women any role in the liturgy, for all liturgies outside of the Convents of Female Religious.
  8. To forbid anyone touching the Most Blessed Sacrament who is not a priest.
  9. To require in the Latin Rite everyone to receive Communion on the tongue and kneeling, if they have no proven medical problem which requires them to stand or remain in bed or seated.
  10. To declare the teaching of Paul VI which allowed natural family planning an abomination before God, restoring the proper end of Marriage to the procreation of children.
  11. To end the Saint Factory and the Annulment Factories begun after Vatican IL
  12. To declare all the canonizations after Paul VI changed the criterion for canonizations null and void, and require them to be re-examined using the pre-Vatican II criteria and processes.
  13. To abolish the “Mysteries of Light” for the Rosary, which are based upon no divine revelation.
  14. To abolish the devotion to the Divine Mercy, which has no supernatural miracle to authenticate it, returning importance back to the Sacred Triduum, which is the true Feast of the Divine Mercy.

I could go on, perhaps for hours, but I think you get the idea.

  1. This is the most interesting and helpful presentation of reform I’ve seen in years. The contrast with the perpetual litany of Trad Inc bellyaching is remarkable.

Action vs. carping. Which does God wish of us?

Thank you for dropping this ecclesial hand grenade into their tip jars.

  2. What a refreshing article!

It looks like it is an extension of your answer to a Sister’s question on your earlier article today.

    A couple of questions.

For 3., would it be necessary for the Pope himself to have been consecrated in the Old Rite, or for at least one co-consecrator Bishop – if co-consecrator Bishops are included for Papal consecrations – to have been consecrated in the Old Rite? (Even if not necessary, it would seem desirable for at least one co-consecrator Bishop to have been consecrated in the Old Rite.)

For 6., why specifically the 1950 rites and breviary, rather than (say) the pre-1920 rites and the pre-1911 breviary of Pope Pius V?

    1. I have already shown that the formula of consecration in the New Rite is actually more expressive of the Consecration of a Bishop thanin the Old Rite, in addition to the fact that the formulae for consecration in the new right is nearly identity to formulae for consecration in other rites from ancient times, so if one were to claim the new rite for the consecration of a Bishop is defective on account of the vagueness of the words used, you would also have to deny the validity of consecration in the old rite, and then the entire Church would be fake.

I also show in those articles that in addition to being consecrated a bishop, there are other prayers which obtain grace for the new Bishop, and those prayers are not equal, so in the old rite a bishop gets more additional graces, even though a bishop consecrated in the old and new right are equally bishops.

Mind you, unlike anyone else who has spoken on this matter, I have actually translated the equivalent of 9000 A4 sized pages of scholastic Latin, and understand what it means for a Sacrament to be a sacred sign signifying grace, and accept the sacramental theology of the Church as explained by Saint Thomas Aquinas. So if anyone has a question about Latin texts, just ask me.

When I did the above study, I was actually quite surprised how vague the old formula is, but when you consider that Christ instituted this Sacrament simply through the sacred sign of laying on hands, and breathing on the Apostles, not with words, then you can understand that the words don’t have to be explicit: “I consecrate you a Bishop” type of thing. But the hands do have to be laid up on the head.

  3. We need to make sure your blog and domain can live on for 50 to 100 years! Can you perhaps publish the blog? Crazy idea, I know.

  4. One most important thing missing here: Dedicate a day for all bishops, united with the true pope, to Consecrated Russia to Her Immaculate Heart.

  5. Can you explain the problems with the Divine Mercy? It seems to be advocated by so many and I don’t much about it. Or direct me in the right direction to research. Also do you have another devotion besides the rosary to replace it with? Thanks for any info.

    1. There was no Divine miracle to prove it was from God, even though it asked for a fundamental change in the Liturgical calendar, and claimed the God had decided to make the Sunday after Easter was a time of greater mercy than Easter, which is heretical.
