Was Saint Hildebrand a Sedevacantist?
by Br. Alexis Bugnolo
The reality of social media is, that while you may be interacting with someone who claims to be Catholic, you nearly always assume that the other person is competent, sane and informed. If you are like myself, who spent most of my lifetime at school or educational formation programs or in academic studies of one kind or another, public and private, you might have a psychological bias of thinking that everyone on social media asks a question or reads an article to be informed, and is able to think for themselves, do a search, investigate and be informed.
Alas that is not the case, as we all know, by hard knocks.
This is especially true among fellow Catholics.
Recently, one reader of FromRome.Info started asking fellow Catholics what they think of the Save Rome Project and received this stunning response: “I do not want to get involved in Sedevacantism”.
I have to shake my head and roll my eyes at the expression of such total ignorance, that is, incapacity to evaluate problems in the Catholic Church.
The History of the Election of Pope Nicholas II, and St. Hildebrand’s role in it
So for those out there who suffer from having friends or relatives at this level of information bias, here is the story of Saint Hildebrand, and how he protected the Papacy by promoting Nicholas II to the apostolic throne against the antipope John Mincius, of the House of Crescentius, who was Bishop of the suburbican diocese of Velletri, and took the name, Benedict X.
Now, according to Cardinal Saint Peter Damian, John was an upright, honest and Catholic man, his only fault was that he was elected illegally. He was even pardoned by Pope Nicholas II and ordered out of the city of Rome. However, when he later returned, St Hildebrand brought him to trial, wrote out his own confession of guilt, forced him to read it, and had him condemned and reduced to the lay state. With the pleas of many, later on, Pope Nicholas raised him back to the status of a Lector.
Benedict X was not a heretic, but he was an antipope. His election was illegal, because Pope Stephen IX, before he died, decreed that the election of his successor should not take place until St. Hildebrand returned from his diplomatic mission at the Imperial Court in Germany.
Now Saint Hildebrand is considered one of the greatest saints to ever become Pope — an event which took place 14 years later — and no one in their right mind has ever called him a “sedevacantist” because he opposed the election of a man against the rules.
Note Well: “Sedevacantism” is the name given to the position of those who insist that there have been no valid popes since the death of Pius XII or John XXIII: as regards Conclaves, their allegations are based on non-factually supported claims that were launched years after the election of popes and based on speculation of conspiracies during one or another Conclave, not evidence of anything illegal during the Conclaves. This is what makes “Sedevacantism” an ideology, not a valid juridical position worthy of any Catholic. The proponents of this position are more fixated on their alternative histories than on even the Code of Canon Law of 1917 or the Apostolic Constitution of Pius XII for papal elections. And they never sought the condemnation of those, whom they accuse, in any tribunal, tacitly admitting they had no legal proof.
But Saint Hildebrand of Saona based his rejection of Benedict X’s election on the historical events of his election which no one denied, which went against the published rule for the election to be delayed, established by Pope Stephen IX.
St. Hildebrand was, however, accused by those who favored corruption at Rome, of being a “fake monk”, though, since he went around wearing the habit of a Benedictine Monk without them asking him for proof of his vows.
How, history repeats itself!
You can read a summary of this history from pp. 17-18, in the book, “The Life and Times of Hildebrand”, by the Right Rev. Arnold Harris Matthew, published by Francis Griffiths, London, 1910. — You can click these two images to expand them for easier reading on your device.
This year of Our Lord, 2025, we are in an exactly similar, though worse, juridical mess: since no one denies that 133 Cardinals voted in the Conclave, nor that the Papal Law forbids that in n. 33 of that Law. — While those who broke the Papal Law, this year, are like those in 1058, they make excuses but have no valid legal excuse, since Pope John Paul II’s UDG. n. 4, forbids the use of dispensations during a sedevacante. Nor is there any doubt that Cardinal Prevost embraced heresy before his election, a thing which makes his election null, void, and irritus, according to the Bull of Paul IV, “Cum ex apostsolatus officio”.
That it has been nearly 80 days since this fraud was perpetrated on the Church and THAT there are still Catholics, unwilling to review the facts of the matter and the law, says a lot about how comfortable Catholics have become with living in a corrupt society while rejecting even in their hopes the Kingdom Christ Jesus, Who is Infinite and Inescapable Justice, not to mention their utter contempt for the laws of Roman Pontiffs, Christ’s Vicars on Earth.
For those who would like more information about this great Saint, who becomes Pope Gregory VII, here is that entire book, I just cited from in PDF. Take note the the entire book is in a 358 MB file. However, if you would like to view this book online or download it in other formats, see HERE.
Advice on Taking Counsel concerning the Masonic Takeover of the Vatican
Editorial by Br Alexis Bugnolo
I do not know about you, but I am old enough to say that I have seen 5 decades of nonsense going on in the Catholic Church, from my earliest memories of seeing communion in the hand introduced, to the destruction of altar-railings to calling a priest by his first name, from the de facto abolition of communion kneeling and on the tongue, to masses celebrated with pita bread.
And I have not seen even 1% of the nonsense, because I have always either lived in a parish which was conservative, or made the effort to join such a parish.
I thank God, though, that since I grew up in a devout Catholic Family, I have never lived but in a world of the Catholic Faith. I remember, asking one of my friends in middle school, if she was going to attend the Stations of the Cross — my favorite childhood devotion — and, when she said she was Episcopalian and they did not do those things in her church, asking, “What is an Episcopalian? Isn’t everyone in the whole world Catholic?”
But as the nonsense increased, I could not not try to investigate what was going on in the Church.
But I was mislead for decades with the dominant narrative that it was somehow the cause of Modernism, or a war between Conservatives and Liberals in the Church, or purely a spiritual battle. And since increasingly I met more and more clergy who has no sense of the Sacred, and read in newspapers such as Our Sunday Visitor, the Wanderer or The Remnant, of even worse problems round the world, I never found sound counsel about what to do about it, other than hiding away somewhere or avoiding certain parishes or institutions like they were plague-ridden.
This has been the experience of many Catholic laity since the days of Vatican II. Those of us who were born during or after the Council had an even harder time discerning what was going on, since we had no personal knowledge of what it was like before the Council.
However, for those who pay careful attention, it became obvious that as the years passed the situation in the Church was not getting better, but rather getting worse.
It is only after decades of observing how such an approach to the crisis in the Church was fruitless, do Catholics begin searching for the causes of the problem, if they have the intellectual stamina to do their own research and ask hard questions.
What we have been fed upon, however, is a narrative that if we only complain and resist, the problem will go away, the liberals will die out — it’s just the case of a spiritual disease.
But if you think about that, that narrative does not help at all, because it basically says, “Complain, do nothing and hope!”
And after 6 decades of this, I would hope that faithful Catholics would be able to break free of such a useless paradigm, which in its last analysis, NEVER seeks to win, and only contents itself with complaining.
Now, I am not a psychologist, but even I can recognize that this approach is bad psychology, or rather, a degenerate form of moral behavior. For in every other field of life, if there is a problem, we move to solve it. If you had sane parents, you know this from how your dad and mom immediately took action to keep your home in good running order, fix broken appliances etc. and make sure the necessities of living in your house were attended to.
The only way you would not have such a childhood experience is if you never lived in your own home, but were from a family who rented or was constantly on the road.
The Definition of a Good Catholic is not the definition of a real Catholic
I know the readers of FromRome.Info are good Catholics, because if you weren’t you would no suffer to read this electronic journal. But we should NOT set as the highest goal in life, to be merely good Catholics, that is, persons who strive to keep God’s commandments, grow in virtue and practice the supernatural habits which God gave us in Baptism, such as Faith, Hope and Charity.
Because, such a definition is a form of Protestantism, a private-me-only pietism where the only goal is an individualistic good. As Catholics we should recognize that we are called to be holy, not as an individual victory in a solo game, but as members of God’s Household, concerned not just for the welfare of those who are visibly wanting in material goods, or spiritual mercies, but also concerned about this, the biggest problem in the Church, since Vatican II, that is, with the loss of faith and morals among the Sacred Hierarchy, Clergy and Religious on account of what is coming out of the Vatican.
If we have such a global vision, then we are real Catholics, because we are acting as if we are members of the Church and have the same sort of zeal to fix problems as our parents had to fix our homes.
Just complaining will never fix a problem. Yes, complaints have their place. But after a number of family members complain about the same problem over a long period of time, the only just and honest response is to fix the things in the home which are causing them, not gaslighting the members of the family about them.
After 70 years of Aggiornamento, the Divine Providence has put the entire solution and the easiest solution on our plates. He has done this by allowing the Cardinals to embrace such darkness, that they did not even bother to follow the most obvious and patent rules on the Election of a Roman Pontiff, that of not allowing more than 120 electors vote in a Conclave and that of electing someone who is not already known to be a heretic.
He has also abandoned them to their own perverse counsels, because, so far, not a single Cardinal, not even among those who did not have the right to vote, has complained about it, as far as we all know, since there is no news of such a thing.
But the solution to these 70 years of internal conflict is by this error of the Cardinals and by their solidarity in this sin, now easy. As I have explained in the Save Rome Project, it is something that a Catholic anywhere in the world can help to accomplish. We can finally stop merely complaining, and we can instead win by helping the Catholics of Rome elect as Roman Pontiff a truly Catholic and militant man.
So I ask every Catholic who reads this article to NOT feel guilty about wanting to win and working toward the finish line. Stop listening to those who want you to accept the condition of a victim and play you with victim-outrage social media posts. Recognize that such persons are sick and out of touch with reality. Read how the Saints of old reacted, and finally, at last, at least this once in your life, begin to imitate the Saints of old by responding to what the Divine Providence has done, this year, to give us the chance to win against all the forces of darkness in the Church. If we love Jesus Christ and Holy Mother Church, then, we can already see that this is the must-do for 2025.

Cardinal Prevost blames guns & money for wars
Editor’s Note: I never appreciated the ideological pygmies that Marxism made of clergy who adopted “liberation theology”. But just to chronicle that Prevost is Francis 2.0, if you have not forgotten, I republish his socialist slop-propaganda.
After the socialists convinced the citizens of Australia some years ago to “give up their guns” to promote law and order, their Government locked them down during the Plandemic, and went so far as to even strangle young mothers on the street who did not comply.
So remember, when leftists tell you to disarm, it is because they or their handlers are planning to exterminate you. And by disarming, they do not mean disarming their allies, as you can see from what they perpetrated in Catalonia during the Red Terror.
If you take a step back, now, and think about what Prevost is doing, he is attempting to convince those who have the right to self defense, to abandon that right and become indefensible, while preaching a socialist fantasy of unending peace and prosperity, if mankind only would accept Socialism and believe in it.
This is why any Catholic who calls this man Leo XIV or who prefers to attack those who say, “look into his election, it violated the rules”, is actually the ally of your enemy.
Meanwhile, having usurped the Papacy, he lives in a city with military grade walls and which employs about 250+ armed guards and police, trained to shoot on sight, while grifting the Catholic world for monies that do not belong to him. That’s a nice cherry on top of a cake of pure hypocrisy.

Cardinal Prevost denies the Catholic Dogma of the Primacy of St. Peter’s See

Doctrinal Commentary by Br. Alexis Bugnolo
While no “Catholic” news agencies or writers on social media, other than current or past readers of FromRome.Info have had the integrity to call out the Conclave in May of 2025 as invalid, still fewer are denouncing Cardinal Prevost for heresy. — In the above address, which he gave at Castel Gondolfo, to a joint pilgrimage of Catholics and Orthodox from the United States, Prevost denied the Catholic Dogma of the primacy of Saint Peter and His See.
“Rome, Constantinople and all the other Sees, are not called to vie for primacy, lest we risk finding ourselves like the disciples who along the way, even as Jesus was announcing his coming passion, argued about which of them was the greatest (cf. Mk 9:33-37).”
In the context of his address, he is speaking of a Divine Vocation, and thus has explicitly denied the vocation of Saint Peter and his Successors to be the Vicar of Christ on Earth. And he did this by adding the word, “Rome” to his denial. The patent denial of a Catholic Doctrine is formal, manifest heresy.
And he did not only deny the dogma, he denied the dogma’s relation to the Divine Will for Saint Peter and the Apostolic See, which is also a blasphemy against the one true and living God.
The primacy of Saint Peter is not based on human custom, or some competition won among mere mortals and mere institutions of this world. If it were, then one could quote the Gospel of Saint Mark, chapter 9, to rebuke such behavior, as Prevost did. Rather, the primacy of Saint Peter is derived from the Divine Will of the Church’s Founder, Jesus Christ, Who is the Eternal Son of God. Thus, the Apostolic See is called by God to prosecute her own primacy and supremacy in the Church, for otherwise she would be ignoring the decision of Jesus Christ, that the See of Rome receive and fulfill the munus as His Vicar on Earth, in as much as the Bishop of Rome is the Successor of Saint Peter.
Earlier today, I wrote an article explaining how it’s a Freemasonic game to pretend to have rights that you do not have. In the above statement, Prevost is attempting to destroy the Apostolic See by pretending the other sees have rights they do not have, and that the Roman See does not have the right She undoubtedly has.
If a pope makes such a statement as Prevost has made, is he automatically excommunciated? And does he lose his claim to the office?
Uneducated Catholics will try to lead others into error about this, because it is not the profession of heresy which deprives a Roman Pontiff canonically ipso facto of office, but it does result in immediately excommunication, as per canon 1364. so that spiritually and in the sight of God he no longer be a member of the Church. Therefore, as a consequence, in virtue of canon 1331, §1, the excommunicate is forbidden to celebrate the sacraments and exercise any munus or ministerium in the Church. However, he must be publicly put on trial, before his claim to office be canonically reckoned null and void, by reason of his heresy. Or to speak more precisely: he must be examined and found to be a pertinacious heretic who has separated himself from the Church, and therefore no longer having a valid claim to the office. And for a pope, that can only be done in a provincial council, as the readers of FromRome.Info already well know.
Nota Bene: “To lose an office” is a popular term; but if we are to speak precisely, in canonical terms, it’s the loss of the right to claim an office. Deprivation of office requires a judgement of the proper authority, even when the individual by heresy or schism has lost his right to claim the office. — Thus it is equally wrong to say a heretic “holds” an office as it is to say that there is no need of the intervention of an ecclesiastical office to deprive a man of his de facto tenure of office. — But clearly, because canon 1331 forbids an excommunicate from exercising his office, it is also true that those who were the subjects of the man before he was excommunicated have no obligation to obey him once he is excommunicated. — Since Vatican II, however, nearly no subject of a heretic has denounced his heretical superior and filed a criminal complaint. Rather, as can be seen from countless news stories, the subject denounces the heretic in public, and his himself punished by the heretic for the crime of schism or heresy, on account of his published statements.*
The problems with Prevost, however, did not begin with his July 17th denial of the primacy of the Roman See, because having professed the heretical denial of many doctrines before his election, Pope Paul IV’s Bull, “Cum ex apostolatus officio”, declares his election null, void, invalid, and incapable of ever being validated even by universal consent.
However, it does remain a moral problem for those who insist he is the pope: because now such Catholics are caught in a conundrum: they claim that fidelity to Pope Leo XIV is required because he is the Successor of Saint Peter, who has primacy over the whole Church, but Cardinal Prevot just denied that dogma.
If common sense and Catholic Faith and sincerity reigned among the Clergy, they would as of July 17th, when he said this — and it is published on the Vatican website, so there is ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT THAT HE SAID THIS — now stop naming him in the Canon of the Mass, because if he can deny the dogma, which when denied leads to eternal damnation, they no longer have any obligation or rational basis to name him in the Canon as holding the authority which he denies holding.
Ironically, it was Pope Saint Leo I who said, that there was no possibility that Constantinople could ever claim a primacy in the Church. So “Leo XIV” just denied also being a successor of Pope St. Leo I.
And for all this, we need to thank the Holy Spirit, for allowing Prevost to fall into such a spectacular heresy, to make it clear to the whole world, that it is theologically and morally impossible that this man has the grace of the Petrine Office.
It cannot get any clearer than this, folks! — Let those Catholics with eyes to see, say they see: and those who say they cannot see, let them meditate on the fires of Hell, which they will see for all eternity, in demerit for their denials.
** In the Sutri Initiative, where I advocated that Catholics canonically denounce Pope Francis to the Bishops of the ecclesiastical province of Rome, the proper procedure was followed. That is why neither I nor anyone who sent in such petitions was excommunicated, even as numerous priests were because they did not follow the proper canonical procedures.
John Rochester defends Br. Bugnolo against the libel of Michael Dorcy
Editor’s Note: Over at Substack there are numerous individuals who refuse to read my articles about the problems in the Conclave, here at FromRome.Info but who have no qualms at all in publishing unending libel and calumnies against me, with innuendoes and false claims to support them. There are few Catholics who actually defend me on the web, but I wish to thank John Rochester for doing that in the comments on the above article. — There is more information about Br. Bugnolo’s personal life and history on the web than nearly any other “Catholic” publisher, but they won’t stop inventing lies and insisting that their lies are true, even after copious refutations or publications. They seem to read the About Page here to merely dig up old lies and republish them. — I really cannot think of a lower moral class of internet commentator than that.
As an aside, I have to laugh at John Lewis, who thinks that WM Review is a publication which contains articles of any sort of interest like the one John quoted in his Substack.
Substack is run out of Taiwan, and it does not appear to respect the GDPR regulations of Europe nor the privacy of its members. So I inform you, that if you want to comment on the article above, first create an entirely new email to conceal your identity and then subscribe to substack, because Substack divulges your email to every publisher at Substack, and sends your email to their emails, which is a violation of GDPR regulations.
For transparency sake, I inform you that at FromRome, info I never receive the email you use to subscribe: it is saved in the database of FromRome.Info and only used to send out notifications to you. I do not save, copy, or store any of this information on any device I use to publish FromRome.Info, to be fully compliant with GDPR regulations.
In the above attacks against me, one writer alleges another falsehood against me, namely that I hold that a validly elected Catholic pope can be deposed, which is false: the reference to my article is faulty, the correct one is thus: https://www.fromrome.info/2018/09/07/yes-a-pope-can-be-canonically-deposed/ where the context regards those not validly elected, usurpers or public heretics.
In general, however, I see that Substack is attracting a lot of writers who claim to be Catholic, but who are anti-clerical. Since Substack does not require writers to identify themselves, when you read an article on that platform, how do you know you are not reading or interacting with one of the many enemies of the Church who is pretending to be Catholic to lead you to damnation? — Thus, in my opinion it is completely untrustworthy platform for information: like a public garbage can compared to a supermarket, so is Substack compared to a website where all the authors are publicly identified and professed cradle-catholics, who admire the Saints, quote the Doctors, accept the perennial Magisterium, quote the official documents of the Church, and don’t presume to tell others what to believe, or pretend to any right.
The Pretense of Right, a Deep & Fundamental Masonic Game
by Br. Alexis Bugnolo
Freemasonry is founded upon many errors. The most fundamental one regards metaphysics: they hold that evil is a thing, not a privation or lack of something due in or which should be in a thing. Thus in morals they hold that vices are good and everyone has the right to live in vice.
We can see these errors in all the events of history and organizations which have attacked Christendom since the founding of the Masonic Lodge in 1717 at London, because the two groups which joined forces to found the Lodge, Protestants and Sabbatean Jews, were both possessed by such an outrageous audacity, that they claimed the right to oppose the One True Religion, revealed and founded by Jesus Christ, the Eternal Son of God, Our Savior, Redeemer, and One True Teacher.
The juridical consequence of their errors, however, most do not recognize well enough. And if it could be given a name, I would all it, “the pretense of right”.
Here I use the English word, “right”, not as the indication of a direction, but in reference to the juridical order, such as in the phrases “your civil rights”, “your right to vote”.
The Pretense of Right as a Masonic Way of Acting
The pretense of right consists in pretending you have the juridical liberty or authority to do something, when you do not have any such right. The entire logic of Freemasonry is founded upon this juridical stratagem.
And their operations also show this hallmark of approach: they will falsely claim some evil is a good, and then claim the right that it be tolerated, then the right that it be done, then the right to persecute those who oppose their pretentious rights. Whether it regards sexual relations of the borders of Israel, its the same error at work.
The Pretense of Right, as used by Freemasons among the Clergy
The pretense of right is also at the basis of many organizations which aim to destroy the Church from within.
First, we have the pretense of right, that the documents of Vatican II, which are not infallible, have the right to be respected and implemented, just as if they were infallible documents not containing any error. Seen this way, it is easy to see that the Aggiornamento is a masonic operation, because it demands the same rights for ambiguity and error as for true Catholic Doctrine.
Second, we see the pretense of right in many traditionalist groups which want de facto autonomy from the Sacred Hierarchy and really do not care about filing canonical appeals, in accord with Church Law, to remove heretics and condemn error. — In this they flip the categories of morals and right, since every Catholic has the duty and the right to denounce heresy and error and file criminal complaints in Ecclesiastical tribunals against heretics or those who teach error, seeking their punishment and removal from office.
Third, we see the pretense of many groups, whether traditional or liberal, to pretend to have the right to do what they cannot do: such as confect the Sacraments or govern the Church or elect Bishops or the Pope.
True Right vs. False Right
I already summarized in an eye-opening historical reveal about how those working for the goals of the U.S. Government’s Ideological Warfare program against the Catholic Church formed fake opposition groups from the first days of Vatican II and successfully infiltrated the Traditional Catholic movement to “neutralize” it. — Indeed, you know you are dealing with an intelligence operative or freemason when they accuse sound Catholics who act like Catholics to undo the plots against the Church of being “unreliable” or “unstable” or as persons who need to be “neutralized”.
Contrariwise, however, Catholics who would be true to Jesus Christ not only have true rights, on which basis they can act, and on account of which they have a sacred duty to guard the common good of the Faithful, but are recognized as true Catholics when they act this way.
Indeed, the history of the last 13 years in the Church all revolves around the pretense of right by the Cardinals, first in 2013 to elect someone to receive the petrine munus, when Benedict XVI never renounced that, and now in May of 2025, the double pretense to be dispensed from the rule of the upper limit of 120 Cardinal Electors, and the pretense to use it, when one has no documented proof and the other is expressly forbidden by the 4th paragraph of the Papal law.
Envy, Jealously and Hatred for the Truth
There are many Catholics on social media who do not have pure motives about promoting the Catholic Faith. They are there rather to profit in fame, influence or even monetary donations. Many Catholic groups, run by laymen, religious or even clergy act similarly.
Thus, we can expect that when any good and sound Catholic effort is undertaken that it will be attacked by someone motivated by such base desires, simply because as persons who pretend to right, they are envious or jealous of, or even hate, those who have true rights.
Beware if you make yourself an enemy of Divine, Apostolic or Ecclesiastical Right
As Catholics we should remember to keep the Commandment against bearing false witness. And we should be especially cautious when we use our mouths to speak against those who are not only NOT pretending to have a right, but who actually do have a right, which is from the Divine Law, or Apostolic Law or Ecclesiastical Law, all of which in different degrees are forms of supernatural right.
I have lost count of the number of crazed laymen and women who personally attack me simply because unlike them, I have taken vows and keep the Rule of Saint Francis, both of which require things of me which distinguish me from other persons who have no ecclesiastical status. They imagine that because of their pretense to begin a Social Media presence, that they should have the rights in virtue solely of their pretensions, beyond those Catholics who actually have rights by supernatural authority.
Finally, since Saint Peter the Apostle gave to the Church at Rome, and to no other Church, the right to elect his successors, this right is not only not a pretense, but is part of the Deposit of the Faith, the denial of which makes it impossible to be saved. That is why Catholics at Rome have infinitely superior rights to Catholics living in any other ecclesiastical circumscription.
Many, addicted to modernity’s superabundance of pretensions to right, cannot suffer this superiority in the juridical order. But they should correct themselves, because they are playing with Hell fire, since Our God and Savior is The Supreme Lawgiver, as He taught us in His Ascension, saying, “All authority in Heaven and on Earth has been given to Me”, and again, “Thou art Peter, and on this Rock I will build My Church, and the Gates of the Netherworld shall not prevail against Her”, and again, “Whatsoever you bind upon Earth, shall be bound also in Heaven; and whatsoever you loose upon Earth, shall be loosened in Heaven.”
In closing, I counsel and recommend to all Catholics on social media, that when you see anyone attack anyone, to first consider who is pretending to have a right and who actually has the right. That is the most fundamental criteria by which to discern who is in the right, in any argument, and how to discern whether a comment is honest or malign.
That is why, when you hear of any argument or insult against Catholics at Rome, in what pertains to their rights, you would do best to exercise the most extreme caution, and go back to the documents of the Church, rather than coping out of that responsibility and simply following the persons who have the greater ability to make up excuses or libel against them. Otherwise, you might be unwittingly the victim of Masonic propaganda or psychological manipulation, which is designed to recruit you to be their ally in their Plot against the Church.

Archbishop Lenga speaks out against the UK Euthanasia Law
Editor’s Note: Recently in the United Kingdom a Catholic priest refused communion in public to a MP who voted in favor of the Euthanasia Law. The priest was denounced by a member of Parliament, but backed by his own Bishop. Archbishop Lenga in the above video praises this priest and reminds everyone how the Church should act in these cases.
Archbishop Lenga’ production team produced this English language dubbed version of an interview with him about the UK Euthanasia Law. This video was produced with a high quality English translation rather than a dubbed translation. The past attempt was so poor, I told the production team, via a comment on YT, to first get a good translation and then dub that in. — The readers of FromRome.Info will appreciate that finally they can hear what the Archbishop is saying in English.
ITALY: A Tour of the Castle of Aquapendente
Editor’s Note: Here at FromRome.Info, I often will share videos about Italy. And one thing about Italy, that most of my readers in North America, Australia, and South Africa have never seen is a castle used as a palace. Here is one example, in Lazio, about 2 hours north of Rome, with narration from an expert in art appreciation.
You can read more about this castle, the Torre Alfina, here. — This article is in Italian, but with Chrome or Firefox’s native translation ability, you can read it in your native tongue. — And HERE is the official website for the Castle.
This castle was the property of Edward Cahen d’Anvers, the Jewish Banker who financed the Masonic takeover of Italy, during the Risorgimento, on account of which service he was ennobled with the title of Count by the treacherous House of Savoy member, Victor Emmanuel II, whose name shall live in everlasting ignominy.
In the above video by Lionard real estate group, they say that the Cahen family is from Germany and originates in the 8th century B. C.. — Which, when I heard the narrator say this, sparked my curiosity for the patent absurdity of such a claim. — Cahen is from Cohen, which is the name of the priestly class in ancient Israel, not Germany.

LifeSite News which recently exploded with scandalous accusations against its principal staff members has been totally discredited in the English speaking world for being “unfair” to John Henry Westen, even though accusations from the board alleged what appears to fall into the categories of fraud, constructive fraud and malfeasances such as nepotism. Another fired staff member, who, however, is not returning, is Stephen Kokx. I do not have any first hand testimony to why he was fired: if you do, share it below.
So the Catholic World wakes up this Sunday to a surprise even greater: that Archbishop Viganò, who nearly never grants interviews, has granted an interview to Kokx, who now calls his free Substack Page, “Kokx News”, even while a cloud hangs over his reputation and role at LifeSite News.
Even more curious, since the Archbishop does not know English well enough to participate in an email interview, I wonder who else intervened to make it happen?
The Archbishop, though he worked in the Secretary of State for like 30 years, is also one of those clergy who presumed that the election of Prevost was valid, and insists that it remains so, even though he has seen the evidence that it is not. Like with Pope Francis, the Archbishop remains in the “He is certainly the pope” narrative, which serves the CIA agenda for the control of Vatican.
I had had high hopes for the Archbishop, when back in 2018 he demanded that Bergoglio resign, but I have to admit the reality which I see today, that he is gaming the public, because, being excommunicated under Pope Francis, there is no rational reason in heaven or earth for concealing the invalidity of Prevost’s election, if you are not controlled opposition or the member of a Masonic Lodge.
In any event, these two men are not part of the Church Militant, in the sense that they are not fighting to win — to say the least that could be said to clearly and definitively place them in their true positions. But they are willing to collaborate with fellow do-nothings.
Meanwhile, those who are called by such men as “unreliable” and “unstable”, proposed solutions in accord with Canon Law to undo the CIA plot against the Church and WIN.
Connect the dots, to see the truth, folks!
What kind of men call those who read and keep the law, “unstable” and “unreliable”?
If we consider the magnitude and depravity of what is being done to the Church since 2013 or 1958, it is beyond ridiculous how any Catholic could take the position of watching Holy Mother Church be raped and 100s of millions of souls let to damnation, while chit-chatting about it, and doing nothing. It is not cruel or impolite to say that such men have no real love for Christ, because if they did, they would want to liberate the Church by any licit means.
By Christmas, the Catholic Church will have a new Pope
by Br. Alexis Bugnolo
You do not have to be a prophet to tell the future in a legal dispute. You only have to know the Law well enough to see the necessary consequences which will result from the Law.
This is true in many fields of jurisprudence, but this year, it is true most of all in the Catholic Church. And this is because, when Pope Francis died on Easter Monday morning, the Apostolic See became vacant, and the Cardinals had 20 days to elect another Successor of Saint Peter.
It has already been 90 days, and the Cardinals have failed to elect anyone.
That’s right. The Apostolic See remains vacant. And this is not true because I or anyone else says so, it is true because Pope John Paul in 1996, when he promulgated Universi Dominici Gregis, for the Election of the Roman Pontiffs in a conclave, predetermined that any Conclave in which more than 120 Cardinal Electors participate would have no valid juridical result. A thing you would already know, yourself, if you had read that law.
And since that is what happened, that is the consequence.
And thus, the Apostolic See remains vacant, because the Cardinals have heretofore refused to return in Conlcave and elect someone validly by following John Paul II’s law.
And since the Cardinal Electors do not have the right to NOT return to conclave, if they refuse after 90 days, then canonically it is presumed that they will never do so, and have decided never to do so.
This is not the case of ignorance. The Cardinals knew the rule of a maximum of 120 Electors was written in the Papal Law, they discussed it, and pretended an excuse not to.
And this is not a case of ignorance, now, that they refuse to correct themselves, because numerous members of the College of Cardinals have received written complaints to this effect.
So we are seeing a juridical avalanche as it happens, from the loftiest parts of the Church on account of the superabundance of the snow of hypocrisy, which is wont to cover such heights, breaking loose in total lawlessness, come crashing down the sides of the Mountain of New Zion, which is the Catholic Church.
In refusing to elect a man validly, they are in fact refusing to exercise their competence to elect the Roman Pontiff. And since they have no right to do that in the current normative order of ecclesiastical law, they are about to forfeit their right and that competence, and put the Church into the same condition as if the Cardinals all became apostates or were killed.
In which case, the original electoral body, the whole Church of Rome, which includes the eight dioceses of Rome, Ostia, Albano, Velletri-Segni, Frascati, Palestrina, Sabina-Poggio Mirteto, and Porto-Santa Rufina, obtain the right to elect the Pope. And all Catholics will have to accept that election, under the same censure of eternal damnation, as any valid Papal Conclave, as Pope Boniface VIII decreed in his Bull, Unam Sanctam.
The legal consequence is, then, if we speak strictly, that as of twenty days from tomorrow, July 21, 2025,* the Faithful, that is the Clergy, Religious and Laity who hold ecclesiastical residence or a pastoral mandate in these territories will have obtained the right to elect the Roman Pontiff in absence of any valid action by the College of Cardinals, whom the Papal Law orders to begin a valid election within 20 days.
It is true, I prefer to admit, that Cardinal Prevost can recognize that his election was null, void, illict and irritus, and abdicate his claim to the papacy, and then the Cardinals might return to Conclave and follow the rules before Christmas. But once you enter into the power networks of Globalism, you just cannot withdraw so easily, as if you do, you end up dead.
Thus, by Christmas the Catholic Church will have a validly elected Roman Pontiff, one way or another.
This news will engender rage and anguish among all those who love to be mendacious, who are invested in the Bergoglian revolution, who receive their paychecks or pension from the CIA or USAID, or who are sexual perverts or heretics.
And I ask you to share this article precisely for that reason, so that they can begin to taste in this life the suffering of the eternally damned in Hell, with whom they have chosen to dwell forever.
Contrariwise, for all those faithful Catholics who rejoice at this news, I would encourage you to join in assisting this wonderful event of juridical resurrection in the Church, through the Save Rome Project.
** In the Save Rome Project page, I have set the date of September 24, 2025, because not being a member of the clergy, I must await 90 days after informing them of their rights, before I take any initiative on my own, since I first must be sure they will not take action, before I can presume canonically that they have decided to forfeit their right to take the lead on this matter.
