Now does it take a degree in rocket science to ponder why Pope Francis made Father Bob Bishop of Chiclayo, Peru, and found him such a trust worthy collaborator as to bring him into the Roman Curia in 2023, same year, making him Prefect of the Congregation of Bishops, and spending 2 hours with him every Saturday morning, deciding whom to promote?
