Two weeks later, Charlie Kirk was publicly assassinated.

In Candace’s report, she has run with the discrepancies in the claims by governmental authorities about the major facts in the case, naming many of the same ones which I have drawn the attention of my readers to.

Apart from this controversy, perhaps the most significant testimony Candace gives in this report is that Charlie Kirk was praying the Most Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary, in the weeks before he was assassinated, on the Feast of Our Lady of Loreto. All I can say, is that worse sinners than Charlie have been saved just for praying the Salve Regina. He was also attending Catholic services every Sunday.

Here we confront the category of what the Fathers of the Church call the convert in secret: those individuals who have come to believe the Catholic Faith, but make no public statement about their decision, out of fear of death. Surprisingly, Saint Alphonsus dei Liguori says that such converts are not required to make the fact of their conversion public. Being a validly baptized Christian, to become a Catholic he only needed to repent of being separated from the true Church and embrace the Catholic Faith: it would be canonically sufficient that he did this in confession to a Catholic priest.

Note, I am not saying Charlie was saved, died in the state of grace, or converted. But I am saying, that when you pray to the Mother of Jesus Christ, the Living God,  She obtains a right to intercede for you and ALWAYS obtain favors which absolutely no one else could ever have merited to obtain from Her Son. This is why Her intercession is so powerful.

As a side note, I was recently speaking to a Catholic priest who collects relics of the Saints. And I asked him which relics he has, which are the most powerful  during Exorcisms. Surprisingly, he told me that the relic which drives demons mad more than any other, is the veil of Our Lady, at Loreto, Italy, where they clad the Statues of Our Lady, which is kept in Her home, which was transported there by Angels from Nazareth, and after some time remove the cloth and distribute it as relics. — So if Our Lady so respects Her little home from Nazareth to instill such fear into the demons when they they encounter a mere fragment of a mere piece of cloth used by Catholics to honor a mere tiny statue of Our Lady, which is kept in that home of Hers, we can perhaps not even grasp how important to Our Lady it is, to save a soul on the Feast of Our Lady of Loreto, September 10th. For, since the Saints say, it is a great sign of predestination, to have had a devotion to Our Lady and to die on one of Her feast days: to die on the Feast of Our Lady of Loreto surely means that She has welcomed you into Her household, even if the soul was killed out of hatred of the Christian Faith on topics like family, sexuality, and what constitutes just war.
