However, no matter what is claimed, front entry or left side entry, where is the bullet after the shot is fired? If there is an exit would, where is the bullet now?

It’s something which has to be investigated. Such a small device would have to be air pressured. As you cannot seen any explosion launching the bullet, it would have to be very special device, because to pierce the entire human neck it has to have a high velocity.
This originally came out on “rense.com”. They are surmising that a high velocity (smokeless) 22lr could have been used. Obviously his glasses could even be equipped with targeting technology. He could be triangulating with the guy who is holding what looks like a cell phone. It seems that this guy is very close, <10' and is shooting at a slight upward angle. He is wearing body armor on his back which could be concealing some high-tech device. He is looking away until the shot. I'm guessing that he is waiting for the cue to shoot so that the shots are coordinated. All that said maybe this is some kind of AI. That would need to be investigated as well.
